Our room was very clean and comfortable
The bed was so good.
Super spacious and well kept.
I do have to say it gets noisy with the small gaps the doors have.

The breakfast isn't good, not to be ungreatful, but the coffee although hot was soo bitter (bunch of guests commenting)
The rest is just ok.

Why am I complaining about the food?
Because for a small hotel at $280 a night, you'd expect a bit more quality.

The service was so good
Kindness and friendly demeanor.the food ladies awesome too!

On last Saturday we had the worst experience because we arrived at the hotel to check in and they gave us a room with a single bed, when we had already reserved two beds. At the front desk they told us we could use the couch but we didn't pay for a bed and a couch, we had paid for two beds. Finally, they told us that they had no more rooms for us and it was a system problem. So the only option we had was to ask for a refund and they still told us that the system would not let them refund. We had to wait an hour, no one resolved anything and the response was for us to call booking to request a refound. So, we had to go to another hotel and pay for the night there again. And today, ten days later, the hotel has not responded to booking emails to confirm the situation.and they haven't resolved anything. So we had to pay for two nights in two different hotels because of the hotel

Overall, this was not a good experience at a Hampton Inn.

I reserved a room with the app. When I requested a digital key to go directly to the room, I received a message that I would receive the key when the room was ready. When I arrived a few hours later, the room was not available and the app gave me the same message about the digital key.

The room was apparently occupied by someone else.

We were given another room instead. That would have been okay. Unfortunately, the toilet did not work. I went back to the front desk and was given another room. In this room, the toilet did work. It usually flushed two or three times but at least it flushed.

The TV worked but the guide was not functional.

There was no fan in the bathroom. As a result, it fogged up and some of the items were getting rusty from the humidity.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. I had a good nights sleep.

When taking a shower, the drain was broken. The device for switching the shower was jammed but I was able to get it loose. It would never open up completely so some of the water went through the shower and some kept running through the faucet.

The breakfast area was neat and clean and Miriam was doing a good job keeping everything stocked.

The hotel is in need of a renovation. Overall, it is not the same quality as other Hiltons in which we have stayed. Unfortunately, despite the negative experience, the price was the same or higher than other Hampton Inns.

My recommendation to potential guests would be to drive on and find a different place to spend the night.

We were in a mandatory evacuation zone in Bradenton, due to the recent hurricane. The storm was heading north, so I picked a spot about an hour south of us, that was also pet friendly, so we could go on a mini, 2 night "hurri-cation". We arrived in Estero at the Hampton Inn right off the highway and the weather was accommodating our needs so we felt at ease right away before exiting the car. At check in, the lady at the front desk made absolute sure that we were in the best rooms available that were close together (right across the hall from each other), which is what I had hoped for. My dog (a very LARGE puppy who is super hyper and thinks he is smaller than he is) was offered a treat and was Happy about that. The kiddos enjoyed themselves. Both rooms were immaculate and very large. I highly recommend this hotel! I was very happy with it!

This place is nice, most the staff are great except for one.
Extremely rude front desk agent named “NASA” threatened to cancel my reservation, did not answer my questions as I was asking for help, he was extremely disrespectful and belligerently unprofessional.

I average around 60 stays per year for work and have stayed in a lot of different hotels. The friendly and accommodating staff at this location made this one of the best experiences I've had in 10 years of business. It's rare today to see people go above and beyond expectation to make your experience better and your trip run smoothly. Just a reminder that old fashioned principles still work. I'm already planning next year's trip to stay in this hotel and will be recruiting others from my conference as well. Thanks again for everything Eric!

Very nice, big room (suite) but I killed a huge coakroach in my room. But other than that it was perfect.

Great property! Really bad smell coming out of the AC units. When I reported the problem, I was assured it was going to be taken care of but the promises promises.

I have 3 kids who are in competitive hockey, dance and swim. We travel on a weekly basis to almost all the states from the Midwest to Florida each year, sometimes multiple times. Over the past couple years we haven't noticed much of a pause from travelling as the sports my kids are in didn't seem to bothered by the pandemic. So, we have been to a lot of hotels in the past 2 years and this one stood out! The staff was over-the-top awesome and the breakfast the kids and I have come to love was on point. I say from the bottom of my heart that if you are staying the the Fort Myers area, stay here, you wont be disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Room AC did not work properly. Maintenance tried 3 times to fix to no Aval. Toilet kept running. No offer to move to another room

Terrible! Pool was closed, laundry closed were not notified. Positive they canceled remaining days of stay so we could move hotels

Staff were extremely warm and friendly. I appreciate their professionalism. The only significant concern I have is the fitness center. The smell of mold and mildew is quite strong. It absolutely is originating from the AC unit. They really should thoroughly clean that AC unit.

This. Was. Awful. I'd like to think we are fairly loyal Hilton customers. This, by far, was our worst Hilton experience. We booked a suite reservation at this location a week prior to traveling and digitally checked in the day before arrival. At 7: 30 the evening of our arrival (we were 20 minutes from checking in), we receive a phone call stating that because they "had not cleaned our room, " they had no availability for us. They left us hanging. Ten minutes later Hampton calls us back and states, "We booked you a suite at a Hampton one exit away. " Nope, it was about 8 miles away and there were several Hilton properties in between. When we arrived at the other Hampton, we quickly realized that they did NOT book us a suite but rather a room with two queen beds. This was not going to work for our family size. The new property did not have suites. We were stuck. I called back to the original Hampton where we booked and spoke with the same guest attendant who called to cancel our room who put me on hold and called to yell at Danielle at the Hampton property we sat at in the lobby (we could overhear her unprofessionalism). Danielle was completely professional though. NONE of this was her fault. All the Hampton of Estero did was blame everyone but themselves for all that was going wrong. I say this because when I got back on the phone with the guest attendant, she transferred the phone to the assistant manager Jalyn Bratt who refused to tell me the name of the guest attendant because I quote, "I made her cry. " I. WAS. STUNNED. Are you kidding me? I made her cry. The only person who should be crying was the attendant at the Hampton we were at who she just yelled at and US who were displaced in the evening with an exhausted one year old because we had been traveling all day. Jalyn then told us to drive back to the hotel where we originally booked and she would personally clean our room. On our way, our one year old fell asleep. He then woke back up when we got to the Hampton in Estero. We could not get him back to sleep for four more hours. It was the worst night ever. Because of an alleged "system issue, " we were promised plastic key cards to be slid under our door, but - yep, you guessed it, that never happened either. We never got our keys to our room. The room was comped because I insisted on it. I am not sure that was even enough at this point. We had come down excited because our son had been accepted into an elite program at the university but we could barely keep our eyes open on the tour the next day. This Hampton needs customer service training and to know how to manage a property when close to capacity. Also, if you have guests who have digitally checked in 24+ hours in advance, is there no priority given to them? You're really going to cancel their room at 7: 30 pm in the evening? Leave them hanging because you didn't clean their room and then refuse to tell them the name of the person they spoke to on the phone? I have never been treated so poorly at a Hampton. When we finally arrived, we came in quietly. Jalyn tried to do damage control. She offered to give me a hug. I really didn't know what to do. I was so stunned by all that had taken place. I have never been so glad to leave a Hampton before. When I got to breakfast at 9: 30 am attempting to sleep - there were two bagels left, three pieces of fruit and some cereal. We are staying at Hampton in NYC next week. I can only hope that we have a much better experience. We sure wont stay at this Hampton ever again. They will throw you out on the curb without any hesitation!

DO NOT STAY HERE After spending one night here during Thanksgiving week to see family, I was assigned a room that had been an issue - according to the manager and other guests I came to learn - as it has a faulty fire alarm. I was awakened at 4: 27am and called the front desk multiple times and was initially told they had no solution and then later a smelly room magically appeared but it was too late. No apology and not a restful night to say the least. This is a very humid/ damp hotel and requires a/c 24/7. Breakfast was poor. I have been a loyal Hampton Inn believer but this has soured my opinion full stop. I have advised my family in Estero to block any visitors from staying in. TERRIBLE

Me and my husband loved every minute of are stay here super clean and very quiet.friendly staff and easy check in/out. Didn’t see many people even when we were in and out at all hours during are vacation no one bothered us and we felt like it was just us there even with it almost completely booked.very great relaxing place to stay will be coming back for sure.
