Place is always clean! Arlene from front desk was super friendly and accommodating We got there way before check in time and I saw Malala and Jenny doing an amazing job of sanitizing and cleaning and the place was already looking clean! Thanks all much appreciated

The only complaint is that I requested my roon to be cleaned, I saw the clerk input the request in her computer then I suggested to my brother in law in another room to make the same request. His room was cleaned but not mine, No one could give me an explanation and even hinted that I didn't make the request. Zero accountability. I was disappointed. I had recommended this hotel to my brother in law. I would have been even more embarrassed if they had not cleaned his room. Could it be because he had a more expensive room? Like I said no explanation given.

Clean and quiet, friendly and inviting. Decent size room, morning coffee was quite rough as I checked out before breakfast was served.

Stayed a few days ago. Was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was super good, and so was the price for the stay altogether! Will definitely be my go to hotel when I visit Orlando

Nice hotel in the process of being remodeled. Only negative is that some of the furniture is old and beat up. Which did not really effect me.

Rooms have been recently renovated. Suite shop available 24/7. Very close to shopping and restaurants. There is a RaceTrac right across the street.

Wifi was fast, shower was good when it was working (they were doing maintenance at the time I guess), room was big, TV was good. Only complaint were the pillows, they had no support at all. Had to double up. Would come back again.

Not allowed to watch Super Bowl in the lobby? Kind of an odd arbitrary rule in our opinion. Breakfast did not include any meat this past Saturday, also unusual, in our experience.

Very clean and lots of space. Nice size fridge and microwave in the room. Great breakfast too. This hotel is central to everything in Orlando.

We stayed here one night as it was the final night before leaving for the airport. We were greeted by a friendly staff and found a nice, up-kept room waiting for us after we arrived. This definitely felt more like a business hotel, however it was still near many of the theme parks and airport in the Orlando area.

Not a bad place. Seemed like there was only one person working there though. Very kind guy. But almost like a ghost town around me. Only people I ran into were sheriffs. So it's safe. Sweet.

Loved the Beutiful suite, the view from the balcony, the breakfast buffet was Awsome, the employees were excellent, very helpful, we loved it didn't want to leave

Hotel is clean and has good amanities. Didn't have any issues with WiFi as well. It's near good restaurants and close to convention center.

This hotel isn't what it used to be. It is a standard Hampton Inn and Suites, but it's being renovated to restore it to its former level of quality. I was surprised by the amount of noise that I could hear in my room all night. Constant door slamming and voices in the hall were quite noticeable. I travel extensively and don't usually hear that much noise. The housekeeping was good and the breakfast was as expected. One positive surprise is that they replenish the nightly cookies. Many of the others don't replenish, so it's easy to miss the cookies at those other places. There are lots of cars, but I didn't actually see lots of people. My TV was stuck on one channel and a set volume, but a call to front desk was helpful. I was told to look around for a small box that may have fallen onto the floor. I would stay here again if the rate is low enough, but it's not worth a premium in its current state.

I have a Hilton Honors account and last night (2/24/18) when I arrived at the Hotel at 11: 00 pm the guy in the front desk told me my reservation was cancelled due to issues with my credit card which is the one I used always. But the worst thing is that at 10: 00 pm I received an email that my booking was confirmed and ok and at that time I didnt have where to sleep, He just said “ there is nothing I Can Do”. Why nobody call me? Why Didnt he help me look for another hotel like the lady at Hilton Orlando nearby did? I can not review the hotel as well, but the front desk costumer service is awful.
