A newer property that is super clean, quiet, and conveniently located to Brandon and East Tampa.

This place is apparently right across the street from a bar. The bar plays very loud music. When we went downstairs to complain because we didn't know where it was coming from. They said there was nothing they could do. Did not offer to move us to another room. Overall very disappointing. We just flew into town and was wanting to sleep. But music was playing after midnight and we were told the bar doesn't close until 3am. Do not stay here if loud music and bass bothers you. I even used a white noise app and loud fan. Did not drown out the sound.
I was finally moved after 3 times of asking. And the music was tolerable on the other side of the building. The overnight gals were rude and unbothered. I just don't reccomend this place. Will not stay again.

Stayed here for a 5 day tournament. I was told that we can check out early if team does not place without being charged. Needless to say, the team did not place. I checked out early and was told it didn’t matter, they were charging me. Hotel charged me for 3 additional nights that I did not need/use after I had checked out. Very upsetting. $1400 is charged to my credit card for 3 nights that I spent at this hotel. Terrible customer service. Won’t hear me out. Just told me I am to blame. Stay away. Do not trust

Sharell or sharia was extremely unpleasant. She worked the overnight shift on December 10th. I checked in at 2 AM, knowing that I’m only going to be able to stay in for a couple of hours before checkout, and I instantly regretted my decision. When I first walked in, she rudely told me that she was on a personal call while using her AirPods or five below headphones, I couldn’t tell the difference. When it was time to receive the room key, she tossed it on the counter, and told me that her pen was not working, so I had to remember the room. I saw the card fly at my face in 3D, insane. I tagged a picture for reference, you can clearly see she’s on her phone, not paying attention. When you see her, just call for a manager instead, hopefully she’s not the manager. I’ll be filing a formal complaint after my nap overnight here.

Typical Hampton, a bit plain. Good hot shower but only adequate pressure. Heavy secure doors. Smallish bath towels. Firm king bed 5 pillows. Tasteless Luke warm breakfast all mislabeled for weekday service.

I would definitely stay here again! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms were very cleaned and updated. I appreciated the bright lighting in the hallways and outside in the parking lot for added safety. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and gas stations for easy convenience of food, gas and other items.

Rooms are nice and comfortable. But that’s it. Everything else is terrible. Breakfast was not edible. Coffee pot was empty and then when a new one arrived the coffee was cold. Employees didn’t seem interested in providing good service. Very nonchalant about everything.

Update*** no one EVER reached out to me or returned my phone call from this company and also if a pest control company would have came out, I would not have posted this review. Y’all are being very dishonest. I’ve now attached pictures of my claims, which you can notice the distinct flooring.

Me and my daughter stood here for Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour and stood here about 1 month ago for 2 nights. Hotel is centrally located. I’ve contacted the hotel on 2 occasions before completing the survey they emailed me. I have not received a return call. My review is below….
The hotel was modern and a smaller Hilton brand hotel. We are a Hilton family, as my uncle retired from the chain about 3 years ago. The grounds are nice and maintained. We checked in later than expected due to issues with our rental car at the airport. We got to the hotel at about 9 and they lady at the desk was mediocre at best. Went to the room and it was nice and clean and right near the elevator. We had no problems with noise, being so close to the elevator. The 2 queen beds were clean and the bathroom was clean. Overall the look of the room was nice and clean. I did my usual self cleaning because my daughter was with me. We really appreciated hot water, but didn’t appreciate the sporadic running toilet. Even with the bathroom door closed we still heard it as the AC cycled off. I woke up around 5 and noticed a small roach in the bathroom. I noticed the front desk as we started our day. They said they would put some insecticide in the room, I declined because I had my daughter with me and hoped it was a 1 time thing, especially being that we did not eat/leave food in the room. That night it rained at the concert and we came in around 12-1am and saw 3 small roaches on the wall as we entered our room. I wanted to request a room change but was so aggravated after being caught in the rain that we just stood there for our final night. We checked out the next morning and I brought it to the front desks attention (a foreign man). He was very nonchalant about this. Upon leaving out, they kept the breakfast open for us, so that we could grab a quick bite before heading to the airport. I really appreciate this courtesy because they were cleaning up/closing it up. The front desk manager was amazing! He was very personal and he was great. I appreciate his hospitality and overall kindness. I won’t stay here again due to the roaches and management’s inability to provide customer service.

I’ll begin with the fact of being a Hilton diamond for most of the last 15 years. Reserved a room the day of my arrival and my flight ended up getting canceled. I called Hilton diamond desk and they said they would have to call the hotel. After a few minutes, they came back on the phone to tell me the manager said they couldn’t cancel my room. I even told them I would gladly send them my flight information so they could see I was telling them the truth. Loyalty means nothing.
UPDATE ***. I’ve now been in communication with this hotel for almost two months! They take weeks to respond and still no resolution even after I’ve sent proof that I was on the flight to Tampa the next day! All I’m asking for is my refund for the one night I wasn’t there. Here’s my suggestion, check your cameras. I wasn’t there so how about good customer service and doing what is right. Doing the right thing pays dividends.

They are thieves. I booked a room using my Hilton points plus $17 cash. They took my 39,000 points AND charged me $203 for the room as well. They are absolute thieves and should be in jail.

This hotel is located in a safe location that is convenient to downtown Tampa. The hotel was clean, with comfortable beds. The room attendant Ms. Barbara was very pleasant and friendly, as well as Tee in the breakfast dining area. Thank you for making our stay a great one!

I stayed at this location for a two week training class taking place at the hotel. I can‘t say enough about Scottie Guess the Front Office Manager. He went out of his way to make things amazing! He is a very very hard worker and super friendly. He always has a smile on his face and wanted your stay to be pleasurable. He is an invaluable employee to the company. If I owned my own company I would hire Scottie without a doubt. I apologize that I didn’t have the female day manager’s name with the amazing eyes. She was very very kind and made the stay very pleasant as well.
