Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike

Rooms were real nice. A little more deep cleaning in the bathroom around the base of the tub in the corners is needed. Enjoyed the breakfasts which were included. Well prepared.

It was lovely staying there for a month while looking for an apartment. I loved it. Made the move a lot easier.

I have craving the hot chocolate. Please tell me which brand you use? Thanks.

I stayed there for 7 nights and 6 days in room 211, the staff are friendly especially the lady in breakfast bar she always say hi and greet me good morning everytime I eat my breakfast. The receptionist I think his name is Robert very helpful guy but he needs to smile in once in a while. My room is clean when I got there the same thing in my bathroom. Inside and out of the building is nice not like a run down building. The only thing I don't like is not even once nobody clean my room or check if I still have clean towel or anything, I did run out of TP, shampoo and soap bar and I just went downstairs and ask for it. I will coming back here for another business trip after the holiday.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I just got here and checked in and front desk was very friendly. First room we went into had a weird smell, toilet wouldn’t flush and shower was dirty. I went down and told front desk and they moved us to another room. The second room was very stuffy and the A/C didn’t work. I went down to the front desk and told them and they said they would send maintenance. The maintenance guy came up and said he is going to talk to front desk. Got a call 10mins later and said they are moving us for the third time. So we go to the other room and I just opened the door to the room and got smacked in the face with the smell of MOLD and MELDUE.
I wouldn’t even let my kids walk in there. I went back downstairs and told them and they said that they have this issue and they aren’t remodeling till June. That’s a health issue! You can’t be selling these rooms to people. You should be closed till you remodel!
They gave all my money back and we walked across the parking lot to the NEW Hotel and it is Great!

This is the second Hampton Inn we have stayed in during our travels in Florida. Again, didn't disappoint. Generous sized rooms. This one on West Palm Beach was a little dated with the decor in the rooms vs the last one we were in on Pompano Beach, but still a good place to stay. Slept well. The shower again wasnt as powerful as I wanted but minor. The receptionist Helene who greeted us at the desk is an asset to the team, wonderful and helpful lady!

There's free parking on site.

Because of the hurricane IAN we spend 4 days here. Nicole was amazing and also Robert. Thank you all for being so nice with us. God bless you all.

Great location. Curly haired woman who worked @ 11PM Friday night 09/09 has no type of customer service or simple manners. Blonde haired lady working with her was much friendlier. May want to teach her some simple manners. Other than that, good stay.

Though I didn't actually stay at this facility I actually spoke with the customer who was not pleased with their stay at this location. They proceeded to tell me that the place was smelly if mildew. He was asked to get another room to his amazement the same problem was in the another room. He proceeded to tell me the place is old and outdated. What caught my attention is what I saw him pushing across to the other Hotel adjacent to the property. Makes you wonder if you have to leave a hotel like that, this fast the problem must be extreme. Dear management little bleach and water kills mildew. Maintenance person a little bleach and water kills mildew on the condenser coil. Or you can get the appropriate chemicals. When you pay people little to nothing this is the kind of service you get.
ZOOM IN.that came from the Hampton that he pushed to another hotel. You can't make this stuff up folks.

Last minute booking & had read mixed reviews. The room was pretty dated but also very clean. The breakfast skip it, don't even look it (it's really not good). BUT the staff, especially the manager - are amazing. Some of the best hospitality & service I've experienced. One of those hotels that does what it says on the tin - practical and well priced.

Hotel was affordable, and the rooms were clean. We were able to use hotel beach towels which was nice to not have to pack.

There's a girl named Sue who runs at breakfast bar. If it weren't for her I'd never go back here. Sometimes people make the business. She's a keeper get her into management if you know what's good for you. At least you keep the doors open. Excellent people skills.
