Thank goodness for Hampton Restoration Group! After discovering a leaking pipe in my kitchen the evening before Thanksgiving and a second in my master bath on THANKSGIVING…they did not hesitate to come to my aid.
First…thank Chandler for talking to me on Thanksgiving day and sending a project manager to me right away.
Brian, thank you so much for coming to my home and making me feel like it would all work out (I hope your kiddos are feeling better)!
My water mitigation team was great…Friday I had Kaidin and Jordan. They were on top of everything they could do to start the drying process. Kaiden added barriers to the areas that he felt should have it until the next day when they removed cabinets. Jordan had his work cut out for him with the drywall in the garage that had been soaked from the master bath. The drywall had both screws and liquid nails…it came down in such small pieces but he stuck with it. Kaiden and Jordan did a great job of clean up.
On Saturday Reuben finished the garage drywall and removed all the damaged kitchen cabinets. He did a good job cleaning up the areas he worked in.
Allen was tasked with the master bath…he had to be exhausted after tackling the ceramic tile and cement board. My bathroom is so big and he stuck with it for 12 hours. He did the best he could with the cleanup.
We should have packed out the master bath and linen closet before we started but hindsight is 20/20.
Allan came back out on Monday to do some additional cleaning. Allan was back out Tuesday putting up barriers to help with dust in the kitchen (with plumbing repairs).
All and all…I have to say job well done to this mitigation team mentioned, Chandler, Brian and Allen! I know I am extremely picky and not one of these people made me feel like my needs weren’t important.
I will be working with Hampton on the reconstruction and will report back on it experience. Thank you Hampton team!

Unfortunately my basement flooded due to a pipe burst inside my wall. I called Jake late Friday night because my upstairs shower was leaking through my ceiling. Jake was out first thing Saturday morning. He has fans set later that day. I will definitely be referring him to all my buddies.

I recently had a major water leak in my home, and I had a good friend recommend Hampton Restoration Group to tackle the huge mess I had on my hands. From the moment I gave Jake a call, he was at my home within the hour assessing the damage and putting together a plan! Jake presented himself with a high level of professionalism, he happily answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation (and I had a lot of them), he communicated with my insurance which saved me tons of headache, and he started working and showing huge progress very quickly. Jake and Travis worked fast and efficiently to get my disaster in order. They took extra care to save everything that could be saved, and to not damage anything in my home. They covered all of my belongings with plastic, they boxed up miscellaneous items and moved them to other rooms, and made sure they placed everything in a spot where I could still move around and function in my home, they covered floors that weren’t damaged as well. They kept me updated along every step of the process, and even showed me new findings that were of concern to them so I could understand why things they did were being done. There was not one split second that I felt uneasy about any of it. Hampton Restoration Group has gone above and beyond and I and super thankful for what they have done for me.
