Ordered take out lunch, chicken was very dry and parts were burnt. Next order will tell them about gravity of chicken. Also majority of vegetables were burnt.

The menu is extensive and has other Japanese foods other than just sushi. I love this place. This is the first time I've been back since before COVID and the place still holds up. The service is friendly and the food is great.

For the amount of money you pay, the hibachi chef should at least talk to you and the service should be great. The chef hardly spoke to us, however he was being super interactive to the next party he went to. If we just wanted to eat without the experience we would have just gone to Koto down the street. Also, the hostess was horrible. She left us without refills for long periods of time and also started walking away as we were in the middle of ordering dessert. On top of everything, they add a tip themselves without notifying you so if you’re not paying attention you could easily end up tipping 80 bucks.

This place is just bad over all. They will rip you off and not think a thing about it and I will share with anyone I can how bad they treat you.

Only place we go to get sushi/hibachi. We go here enough to the point that everyone knows our order. Couldn’t recommend it more. Love this place

We have eaten at this steak house a few times. It is very expensive. We never mind paying for what we want. On this day we bought a hibachi chicken and lobster combo, 2 fried spring rolls and house fried rice. Almost $65. The first problem was that the prices on the menus do not reflect what they charge. They verbally told me of the price increase. The next problem was the food, I ordered chicken and lobster combo. The bowl was filled with chicken, veggies, 2 pieces of shrimp and 1 piece of lobster, at a whopping $32. I called back to explain that we paid a lot of money to have more chicken than anything. They kept trying to convince me that the shrimp was a gift. I didn’t order shrimp, I ordered chicken and lobster. I told them that it wasn’t fair to pay $32 for a bowl of chicken and vegetables. The lone piece of lobster was overlooked because it was tough and hard like grilled chicken. Their response, “Don’t order again”.
I won’t! These people never patronize or shop in the community, why are we patronizing their place of business?

We went here to eat for my friends birthday. We waited 45 minutes for our sushi appetizer and it was not busy. We asked our server twice what’s going on with it & he then came back with the sushi, The sushi was fried& it came out Luke warm. We waited another hour for our chef to come out. Friendly guy but over cooked our rice and meats. The server was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced he knew we were displeased yet didn’t do anything to make our experience any better. Spent 280 to leave hungry & our meals still left basically untouched. I’ve been here several times with no issues but after tonight I Would not recommend.

Just had early dinner at Hana’s. Our chef Josef (sp?) outstanding. He was so funny. Made our birthday celebration fun. He even sang happy birthday. Food was very good and portions were large. Chef accommodated one our guests who had a food allergy. Will be back

Poor management/service and inedible burnt food: I ordered the 3 hibachi steak lunch cooked medium rare but instead got them extremely burnt. I understand it was a lunch portion but the pricing for the little portion meat is just horrible. I called the restaurant asking for a new meal to be made or a refund, but instead I was redirected twice because “the manager wasn’t there and to call back at *given time*” If a customer has a problem with an order, the MANAGER should reach out to the customer and not the customer. Am I supposed to call back multiple times until I get a hold of the manager? I ordered 3 hours ago and I still don’t have the issue resolved.

REMEMBER YOUR LEFTOVERS Will not return. 6/16/23 went to Hana. As usual, sat at sushi bar and enjoyed our food. Ordered too much, I wanted to try some special rolls. As a result I had 4 pieces of each roll left, husband had an untouched Spicy Tuna Hand Roll, large, left over. Barely fit in the take out box. Between 2-3 lbs. Walked out to car forgetting box, walked back in about 3-4 minutes later and "the girl" had thrown it out. Told to me by our waiter who, if true, didn't try to walk box outside or even hold it. Hope they enjoyed my $25 worth of sushi, we will never go back. Sushi guys were nice but honestly, you can find that anywhere.

Even after seeing people not giving a good review, my husband and I decided to try Hana. We sat at the sushi bar where Ian, hope I spelled it correctly, was our sushi chef. Really incredible sushi and sashimi as well as my husband's black pepper tuna. And we were gifted with a delicious appetizer as a welcome. Our waitress Melanie could not have been more attentive. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful when we had questions. I cannot recommend them too highly. It was quality food with a bar. The other thing I noticed and will be back for is the hibachi. Unlike other places that give you fried rice and noodles to fill you up with carbs, you get rice with your meal.
Go to Hana and have a great experience!

I have never been disappointed, we have been visiting Hana since 2017, and we try and make it in at least twice a month.

When I walked in the whole floor of the restaurant was wet and I had to make sure I didn't fall. The food was less than mediocre. It was like microwave Chinese food. The sushi was soft and not very tastey. The staff wasn't very welcoming. And they charged us twice for the meal and we had to get our money back.

I ordered a pick up through an app. The woman at the front ignored me for the first few minutes I was there, and was rude to me once I was finally acknowledged. I usually like ordering from here, the food is okay. But I’m not a fan of overpaying for some sushi AND being treated like garbage too.

Pork wonton appetizer was good however, chicken hibachi was average. I didn't have any sushi. Chicken was a bit dry and the yum yum was too sweet. Poor waitress needed help. Definitely understaffed from what could tell. Overall it was edible but nothing to write home about.
