Dr. Hanabergh is truly a blessing! His bedside manners are beyond compare. We drive 2 hours to see him so that should say something. There aren't many doctor like him around anymore. His office staff is also fantastic in every way.

I would say he goes above and betond to make you feel at ease with whatever is worrying you and at the same time upfront with what ailment you may have and course of action. Dr. Hanabergh is an excellent doctor, unfortunately the billing is really messed up. I went in and I had to get a Holster monitor for 24 hours and after missing work twice in a week, the monitor did not work. I was very understanding of the situation, since this was a technical error. I told one of the assistances, that since everything was normal, I would not take more time off work. Then they told me that the insurance had already paid for it, so I need it to do it. I even asked if I needed to pay again they said no. I went in for a second time, this time the monitor worked but the doctor was not there to read my results. The lady that put in the monitor told me that the doctor would call me and in fact he did. Now I owe $30 copay for the second Holster and another $30 because the doctor was not there and called me to give me my results, they call it telemedicine.ha! I'm disappointed and even though Dr. Hanabergh is an excellent doctor, I value my money and cannot throw it like that.

Dr Hanaberg and his medical assistants are very nice, they're all friendly, caring and respectful. I have been with Dr Hanaberg for many, many years.
Now, I have encountered a problem with account receivables that has dragged for almost a year. I'm retired and have Medicare and United American Insurance as a secondary insurance. United American is one of the best insurances available for retirees. According to acct receivable I have a balance of $122 due because Medicare already paid his part and my secundary insurance pay the rest but there's a difference of $122 that I need to pay. I contacted Medicare and my insurance and was told Gorhan, Llc cannot charge me for any difference in the payments, it's illegal.
If a doctor accepts Medicare it has to also accept the rates issued by Medicare and cannot go after the patient for the difference. This is exactly what's happening with my account. I have tried to discuss this with the person in charge to no avail, I'm always given the run around. I cannot set an appointment to discuss the issue with a supervisor and bring my paperwork from Medicare and United American. It was really embarrassing when I visited the Dr on 6/24/22 and the receptionist told me that I owed money in front of others. This is really getting out of hand and is not my fault. Please have someone contact me to solve this very embarrassing situation

Dr. Hanabergh is the best and his staff always makes me feel welcome and important. Very knowledgeable and excellent team and I highly recommend.

He is the greatest Dr, friend, treats you like family. Has saved my life more than once and i love being under his care. And intelligent Dr that always covers every aspect of every visit. Today he is also my sons primary Dr.

His staff is also very knowledgeable, courteous and proffesional. I totally recommend him as a great doctor that will care about you.

He takes his time, has excellent listening skills (not always easy to find!), and I have never felt rushed. The staff are very pleasant and professional, as well.
