Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Wesley Chapel FL

I am not a fan of leaving reviews but I am pretty frustrated and feel that people need to know. I called to book a couples massage and they said the soonest would be 4 weeks out. So I said okay i understand and booked it. I got a text a week before our appointment and was told “hey the person doesn’t work with us anymore so we have to rebook you and our soonest is another 3 weeks out”. I asked why we have to wait again even though it was not our fault and shouldn’t someone replace her and we still keep our original booking? She told me well no… we are booked out for that day? Yes, which that day was our massage… so they were extremely unhelpful and didn’t care. I told them to just cancel and we will find another place who won’t do this to people after waiting 4 weeks and then canceling on us and telling us to wait 3 more weeks for a massage? Customer service at its lowest and there is no respect or care for peoples bookings or time.

Other than needing to book your appointments early, I really love this place and the people who work here! Highly recommend coming here!

Sadly I could only give 3 stars. Very clean. Receptionists were nice & greeted on arrival, but they were obviously running a few minutes behind. I was told I’d get my full time (60 min massage) - I was called back 6-7 minutes after my appt started, then the quick consult took 1 min, then they give you at least 3 or so minutes to undress. All of this AND the cleaning is included In your time. I know it does say that in the consent, but my massage then ended promptly at the original 1 hour mark. $120 later without tip. That was my first experience here. Martin did a nice job. Very professional. Wish I could give more stars but when you are paying that much for a massage, at the very least you expect to get the full hour.

Best place for my Monthly Facial! Elsie is incredibly talented and comforting/soothing; she also is super knowledgeable about skin and seems to keep track of my progress which is super encouraging The ‘sensitive skin’ is my favorite option thus far!

It's been awhile since I been to this Hand and Stone, so I needed a massage badly so I called and spoke to Taylor. Taylor set everything up so nicely and the next day, I saw all new people at the front desk. My therapist was a massage intern and was told it will be a free massage and would I be open to it - we all learn from someone or some experience so I was totally cool with it. Mariano was super chill, very professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. The only thing Mariano needs to do is graduate and join Hand and Stone Wesley Chapel to the fabulous line of therapists. Mariano explained everything he was doing and when he ran into some rough spots ("oh here is a knot and is that better", he explained what was up and then he made it feel better. Later the same day, I visited Elsi and she explained all the bad spots on my skin deeply dehydrated and gave a super facial with recommendations. Since I cant keep track of waht to take when, I asked her if she can specifics which one and she gladly did. The reason for a four star is a hiccup we had many years ago for an unexplained reason as to the reason which caused me to become a member in Georgia.

I hade the best experience from this place, specially from the girl that did my facial her name is Lena. Highly recommended. I will scheduled my next visit soon.

Disappointed by facial as there were no extractions done which was the main reason why I got a facial.

I’m disappointed how difficult it is to get an appointment these days. It use to be much easier and I’ve never gotten a cancellation list call. I may have to cancel my membership because they are always booked when I am free even months out.

+great price and easy booking on phone, matched Groupon price on the spot,
+friendly and gave bottles of water after the session
- started rough, esp when elbows used, but got better with hands and stones were nice
- also it was weird how they asked my 26 year old sister if she’s 18.she felt weird

First time at Hand & Stone Massage. I was booked for a 1 hour hot stone massage. The massage therapist was late to take me in. I was told not to worry, I would get my full hour. Unfortunately that did not happen. My massage was only 50 minutes. When I went to check out I mentioned my concern. The check attendant apologized and said she would relay my concern to her manager. The massage therapist had an appointment after my session so I guess the next client had more priority than me. I had a gift card thankfully so I will not use their services in the future. The massage itself was ok.

I received a package for Christmas. My last 2 massages were with Bonnie. Exceptional to say the least. I have a partially frozen shoulder and actually just had a massage today and my range of motion just keeps improving. She is professional and attentive to your needs. I cannot say enough about her and will continue to book with her in the future. If you have never had a massage or interested in booking one, ask for Bonnie!

Ask for Ashley! She listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to help give me relief. She communicated with me to make sure I was comfortable and whether or not the pressure was good. The front desk was friendly and attentive. The facility is clean and organized. I will most definitely be back! Thank you!

Jasmine was amazing and polite, the place was extremo cleaning and they all have great customer service I definitely recommend this place

I recently went here as a walk-in. I was a bit hesitant because of the recent 1-star reviews but, decided to try it anyways. I’m extremely glad I did. Kirsten at the front desk was extremely accommodating considering I did not call ahead of time. I went in for a facial and saw Elise. She was absolutely wonderful, she recommended I upgrade to a microdermabrasion facial and I am so glad I did. My face looks so young and refreshing. Elise recommended a product for my dry face after the visit but, not in a pushy way and I really appreciated that. Also, I walked in around 8pm. It’s important that I mention the time because, you usually do not get good customer service around closing time. That wasn’t the case at all, which is nice.

Overall, I would recommend this place and will be visiting again. If you have never been try it for yourself. If you recently had a bad experience, speak to Kirsten and I’m sure she would make it right.

Fatal they call you the day before to confirm and when you arrive they tell you that the one who is going to attend you did not come to work and they make you wait an hour more to give you the 2 massage. Instead of calling you and letting you know that you'll be late, they don't communicate.

I go for a monthly massage and facial. The team there are always so polite and considerate. As soon as you walk in, you are transported to a feeling of relaxation. The mint mist aromatherapy really helps you unwind while waiting for your service. Maria is my favorite massage therapist. She makes sure to pay attention to my areas that need a little more help relaxing and recovering. And she so sweet! Leslie introduced me to facials and I'm hooked. She talks to me about each product and what they target and suggests what's best for MY skin and needs, not pushing services I don't need. Thank you to the whole team at the Wesley Chapel location!

Worse massage ever instead of trying to work on my tight muscles they covered my back with icy hot which I could have done at home cheaper would not recommend this place

This is the most unprofessional place the manager is rude with no concern
about your experience with the massage performed she simply did not want to hear me. I will never go back.
