One of the worst store I have ever seen. I booked an appointment and I couldn't able to make it and they charged 50% of the service. Be careful guys. They will not tell you if we cancel the appointment they will charge until unless we came to the situation. My appointment is at 10: 00am and they charged my card at 10: 10am. They are simply looting money. I asked them to postpone my appointment and they want to postpone but they want to charge 50% as cancelation charges. Pls don't go to this store.pls pls pls. I discussed with my friends also they are saying worst store for facial and massage.they are simply asking for 5 star rating. Pls don't believe them. Thanks

Buyer beware! Cancelling your membership is harder than the gym. Requested to cancel membership in store, was told last payment date and number of services remaining.

I called 2 months later to schedule my remaining services and purchase a gift card and was informed I never returned “Dolly Arnaud - Lead Elite Services Specialist” call or email? ! She refused to adjust the cancellation date.

Super friendly in store staff and service providers but customer service with the “membership services” department is horrendous.

Hand and Stone has always been professional and easy to work with. I’ve been a member for about two years and would just choose whichever massage therapist was available until recently. After my very first massage with Mercedes I was hooked. She takes time and listens and executes what is discussed. She checks in throughout every massage- always confirms if the pressure and heat setting are just right. Officially a regular of hers. Three friends even became members after hearing me talk about my excitement in finding the perfect massage therapist. My pain has lessened and I look forward to getting my massages. Thank you Mercedes and Hand and Stone.:)

I’ve had great service here from my Masseuse, Mercedes. She listens to your concerns and tailors the massage for a very individualized experience. I always feel so much better upon leaving. I highly recommend her!

Just discovered this location- Michael is worth the 30 min drive. Almost afraid to share his name so he doesn’t get booked up more than he is.

I have been a patron of this location for over a year, but unfortunately, since the recent change in staff, my experience has taken a turn for the worse. A significant issue arose when my credit card was charged without my consent, despite clearly expressing my preference against such actions. The office manager, who appears to be dealing with personal problems, has been consistently rude, and it seems that she is unfairly venting her frustrations on clients.

On a separate occasion, my boyfriend brought our 3-year-old daughter to the location, only to be asked to leave her in the lobby. This policy seemed unwelcoming and insensitive to the needs of parents with young children. The final incident that led to my decision to discontinue my visits was when the manager started yelling at my boyfriend during his last visit, all because he requested to retrieve an item he had left in the room. The manager resorted to cursing and uttering offensive remarks, creating an unacceptable environment for patrons.

Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this establishment to others until they address the issues with their current staff and ensure a more customer-friendly environment with professionals who genuinely want to provide quality service.

Danielle's facials are great. She let you know how to take care of your skin and gives advice on products to use for your skin type.

I can’t say enough about Hand and Stone but most importantly Mike! He was an absolutely amazing masseuse. I am a nurse who has horrible neck, back, and shoulder issues and he was able to take away the pain and headache from the muscle tightness. Definitely coming back to see him!

My recent encounters at this location have left me deeply disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The changes in staff have seemingly resulted in a significant decline in the overall customer experience. The lack of attention to customer preferences raises serious concerns about the integrity of their business practices.

Furthermore, the office manager's behavior has been consistently discourteous. It appears that personal problems are affecting her interactions with clients, leading to instances of rudeness and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. It's disheartening to witness a professional neglecting their duty to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for patrons.

This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and does not align with the standard of customer service one would expect.

In light of these experiences, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this location due to its poor customer service. It is my hope that the establishment takes swift action to address these issues and restore a level of service that values and respects its patrons.

Absolutely love Hand & Stone! I recently had the most incredible facial I have ever had by Gabby. I left GLOWING and my skin had never felt so good. Gabby is extremely knowledgeable and made it all easy to understand. I’ve had a lot of facials in my life but this was 10/10 and gave me the results I was looking for. She made great product recommendations for my skin and led me back on my way to taking care of myself. I will definitely be back to see her.

I had a 90 min Himalayan Stone massage with Mike at the Coral Springs Hand and Stone Massage location - by far the BEST massage I've had in a very very long time. Talk about attention to detail. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated.my body feels like it's floating on cloud 9.my joints feel loose and flexible.that massage was pure heaven.pressure and technique were superb. 10 stars for Mike - will definitely be requesting him again on my next visit. Just trust me. I’ve been getting massages for close to 30 years. You’ll never get a better massage anywhere. Michael is hands down (pun indented) the best message therapist I have been lucky enough to have.

Very disappointed. I booked a couples massage 4 weeks ago, and it was scheduled for today at 1. And they called me at 10: 15 the day of my appointment stating they would have to cancel my appointment due to a masseuse calling out sick. Which is understandable, but Chrismir the lady who called me was not apologetic nor accommodating. She said there would be nothing they can do, which is unfair as they charge you if you cancel the same day but for them cancelling on us the same day there isn’t any accommodations they can do. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me there wasn’t a manager today to speak too. Very disappointed and will not be booking again.

Another fantastic massage by Morab at Hand and Stone in St Coral Springs. The staff at this location are always professional and attentive. Morab has a claim deliberate approach that delivers an amazing experience. He is truly gifted.
