Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Fort Myers FL

I had a fabulous massage at Hand and Stone. In from Wisconsin to see family, it was very relaxing after traveling. I would recommend the Himalayan Stone massage. Warm and not too intense.

I had a great experience with everyone that I was with. Keenan was super helpful with providing me with the information for a membership which I ended up purchasing. El helped me with pricing and offered me coconut water with a neck heater. As soon as I walked in, I ready felt so relaxed.
Alexa, which did my facial was very beneficial with what I should get exactly for my skin condition and Amiel. Amiel helped me so much with the aching that I had in my neck from all the knots that I had. He knew exactly what to do to get them out. Definitely will be coming back once I come to visit! Thank you so much guys and keep on doing what you’re doing!

I had an issue with this company and THEY MADE IT RIGHT. You can’t ask for more than that. Satisfied customer! WILL BE BACK!

Highly recommend this place and specifically Dana for facials! She does an amazing job and I always look forward to my appointments. My skin always glows after. I have referred 3 of my friends to her and they all have had amazing experiences.

I did a one time walk in visit and was impressed with Carmen’s professionalism and quality service. Front desk girls were helpful.

She is the best esthetician I’ve ever been to both within the Hand and Stone franchise and outside of it. One, she is the sweetest. Two, she genuinely cares about your skin journey, is clear about goals and what is appropriate for you. Three, I always leave happy, confident & looking like a glazed donut.

My skin has drastically improved, I always have the best experience with her, and I love how dedicated she is to her work and her clients. As a black woman or anyone with darker-than-fair skin, it can be hard to find someone who you can trust and truly knows what they are doing. I recommend booking with Skyler to anyone looking to get a facial, or start a transformative skin journey.

The staff at Fort Myers is also very nice, welcoming, friendly and kind. I love my experience here.

Brandi is so wonderful. She always listen to my concerns and her magic fingers do wonders. She knows when to apply pressures when areas are needed. She is so experience and skilled. I always walk out the spa with all the stress and knots left behind.

I am a member at hand and stone. I look forward to my monthly facial with Dana. She is by far the best aesthetician I have seen since I’ve been getting facials. She makes my experience feel personable and relaxing! She is also very knowledgeable and lets me feel comfortable with my skin again. If you’re going to enjoy a facial at this location I definitely suggest going to Dana!

Massage was decent, at best. I mostly just do not like this business model. Feeling sold on a menu of pricing options right after you just tried to decompress for an hour, way to kill the mood. They want the repeat money guaranteed
so they really try to talk you into the membership. That just doesn’t work for everyone, but then their basic massage price point without it is literally double the price. Which is crazy. Will not be returning.

As if today, I have had 3 facials by Skylar. What a great aesthetician! And to make the experience even better, she comes with a great personality! With her knowledge I have felt and seen an amazing difference in my skin. All 3 facials have been fantastic. Her recommendations have been spot on with what she needs to do while I am there and with my home care regimen. I highly recommend Skylar. I have also had a couple of massages there, as well, and I was very happy with them. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of the girls for the massages.

I have been going to Melissa for the past few months for a deep tissue massage. She is amazing! I highly recommend her!

As a former massage therapist and member of the sales team at this hand and stone location, l can HONESTLY say, our staff works their tails off making this spa the best place to belong to. A place to take care of yourself and be taken care of by many talented Massage Therapists and Estheticians. All the staff care about this spa and its members and employees. Hands down the best spa, where your more than just a member, you’re family! Taataa for now!

I have extremely sensitive skin and my girl Dana always listens and patch tests every facial. She’s truly the best listener for what you’re looking for, gives the best advice on what skincare you should/shouldn’t be using, and leaves my skin feeling incredible every time. Love how thorough she is while asking about sensitivities and skin goals. Seriously, you have to book with Dana if you’re looking for an AMAZING facial!

My absolute favorite place to get a facial in SWFL…. As long as Dana is available. She listens to my needs and always always knows exactly what my skin needs. Was going to cancel my membership but her facials are the best so I guess I’m stuck lol
