Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Palm Coast FL

Looking for a prenatal massage don’t go here lol they advertise online but only have person, appointment was booked a week in advance they decided to tell me when I showed up. The facial was okay but I felt like a lot more could’ve been done for 85 we paid. My face still had quite a few blemishes she could’ve taken care of. Don’t suggest

Becky is awesome, I really enjoy her services. So much so, my fiancé and I booked an appointment for my mom on Dec. 2nd and I put our card on file. After her appointment front desk, informed my mom it wasn’t payed for, even though I booked the appointment with my card online. We were doing a nice gesture for my mom since we live out of state and instead of asking her if they can use the card on file they told her it’s not possible to use the card on file. Eventually, the front desk associate did it because I told my mom that’s impossible because I booked the appointment with the card and they have it. This has never happened to me at any hand and stone location in Virginia. In fact, out of the four locations I’ve been to, Hand and Stone in Palm Coast has the unfriendliest front desk associates by fat

Nicole at the palm coast location did my massage. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products but she gave me an absolutely ahhhhhmazing Himalayan salt rock massage. She is truly an exceptional addition to this location! Thr beds are heated and the room was the perfect temperature. While the unplanned upgrade due to an issue with the regular stones threw me off, I was pleasantly surprised with the effect of the Himalayan salts. I can't wait for my next massage! She definitely put me at ease and made me feel like a million bucks! I did join the monthly membership because it really does make you feel better.

The massage was ok BUT the face, head, neck, and shoulder massage by Brittany was the best I’ve ever had! I actually fell asleep for a second. Highly recommend Brittany the esthetician!

My first visit was amazing. Ruth was so knowledgeable and worked my knee and even suggested some stretches. Overall, it was one of the best massages I have ever had.

I have to give a shout out to Mrs. Arlene who is my favorite massage therapist. Knowledgeable, professional and able to truly relax and help you with those painful pressure points. She is AMAZING!

Ok, I have not gotten any services here but my daughter tripped outside of this place and skinned her knee for the first time. She is only 4. These ladies were so sweet. They got me some water and a paper towels. They were so generous. They even gave me a little bandaid for her. I didn't get any names and I wish I would have. I will be going to get a massage there because of this interaction. Thank you ladies!

Booked a massage with Whitney. She did a great massage but I only got 40 mins. When I got dressed after my massage, she was waiting for me and I told her the massage was great but she shorted me 10 minutes. She first stated that I was late (which I wasn’t) then she said she got me right on time and ended early because She had another client. She got so rude with me and said I didn’t have to tip her which I did. She took her tip and stormed off with a look of disgust. No apology. I was planning on going back to her but her unprofessional response is a definite no! The front staff was great and understood my disappointment. $69.95 is a lot for a 50 min massage and then to get shorted 10 minutes is disappointing. I try to pay extra for 80 minutes but They don’t do it at this location. Might be time to find another place.

Massage Natalie was not good. Left feeling not massaged. Was so light I didn't feel anything will not go back. Cancelling membership. Not worth it.

Absolutely LOVE this place. The atmosphere is amazing. You come out feeling refreshed. Nikki jo is the best. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. All 5 stars well deserved.

Everything is so clean and peaceful. I had the most amazing massage by Janee! It was the best massage I had ever received. She took the time to ask about my problem areas and focus on them.
