Dr Kolshak is by far, hands down the best hand and wrist surgeon! After months with a previous Dr that did nothing for my pain, Dr Kolshak not only took care of my problem but did it in just 2 visits! Her staff is amazing warm and caring! Everyone who has a problem with their wrists and hands should be seeing Dr Kolshak!

I have been a patient with Dr Kolshak for over a year. I started with shots in both hands, trigger fingers, and ended up having surgery.
The staff is very friendly and professional as is Dr. Kolshak. The surgery went very well. Even though I am getting shots or having surgery I always find it a pleasant experience.

They aspirated my ganglion cyst very fast. They were very nice and helpful in explaining my options and the process.

I’ve had carpal tunnel and trigger thumb surgery this year on both hands. I was amazed how painless post op was. I am very happy with the results. I have had tendinitis and the office quickly gets me in be treated. I am so grateful for the care of Dr Kolshak, her PA and office staff!

Dr Kolshak is a great doctor. I had a tumor removed many years ago and now I go to her for my arthritis in my hands. Her office front desk and assistants are very professional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend her for any hand or wrist issues.

I recently had the opportunity to visit, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The doctor's expertise and knowledge in the field were truly impressive. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease.

From the time I walked in and spoke to Amy till I finished up with Dr John, it was nothing but great treatment. John you as very patient with me and when it was time to inject me, he was gentle to the touch. They are very attentive, listen to all of my concerns and gave me the best suggestions on what to do. First time coming to the office. Love them all.

First visit to this facility. Awesome staff - Janifer, Gaisha, Aimee, and Francheska - friendly, caring and very efficient. They've got a system that rocks! My visit with the PA was great too! I HIGHLY recommend them - Well done everyone!

I am extremely pleased with the results of my surgery for treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome performed by Dr. Laura White-Kolshak! I can’t praise her surgical skills enough! The surgery was ultra sound-guided instead of endoscopic. It seemed to be, like she said it would be, less invasive, because I experienced no post operative pain and very, very little swelling. My symptoms for carpal tunnel syndrome were gone immediately after the surgery. If you are looking for a top-notch hand and wrist surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Laura White-Kolshak.

Awful! Worst experience EVER! My experience doesn't deserve one star! It should be zero stars! I will never go back or recommend anyone to go to this office! The staff was not friendly at all! No one greeted or spoke to us when we walked in.

I took our son to this facility bc of a fracture. Being that it was our first time at the office, I had some questions. I have never been to a doctor's office where I left like I was paying for an a la carte service after paying our co pay even when my deductible wasn't met. I was told that I had to pay for x ray and cast or splint. I asked why? The staff seemed irritated that I was asking questions. The reason being is because we didn't meet our deductible; cool not a problem! This was the first I experienced it. Not saying this is wrong.

Well the problem came after seeing the doctor and finding out that our son may need surgery. The only person who seemed to have some empathy was the doctor. She walked out to give us some time to discuss our decision. After speaking to our son we decided to get a second opinion. Once I informed the young lady at the desk about our decision another staff member walked in. Didn't introduce herself at all. When she spoke to me she had her back turned so I couldn't understand her. I asked her to repeat what she said so instead of turning around and facing me then speaking.she turns around and raises her voice at me. Worst sign of communication skills and lack of professionalism! Lady I didn't need you to raise your voice for me to understand. I needed you to turn around and face me while you were speaking so that I can hear you clearly. I didn't like our interaction so I asked the P. A.to remove the staff member from the room bc I no longer want her service. She got upset from my request and started taunting me. I told her not to speak to me bc I wasn't speaking to her or have a desire to! Then I let her have it for her lack of professionalism.

It's people like her that hurt honest people like Dr. Kolshak who I had an excellent experience with. I will never go back to this place as long as her staff is there! What a shame!

Dr. Kolshak is amazing! I had two surgeries done by her and she was very descriptive with what will happen during the procedure and what I’m required to do after. Even my post opp visits she was up front with me and assisted and encouraged me to stay on top of my exercises to ensure I recover as best as I can. I also had the pleasure of working alongside Carol the physical therapist, she’s amazing! I saw her twice a week for 4 months, without her I would never see this much improvement in my wrist and fingers. She was patient, charismatic and empathetic. Couldn’t have asked for a better therapist, she’s the best! Also everyone at the front desk does a great job of assisting you and they really know they’re stuff up there. Couldn’t have asked for a better support system after my injury, thank you all.

Dr. Kolshak and her entire team are incredible. They are kind, caring, competent and.knowledgeable. If ever you need a hand surgeon that's where you need to go. I have worked in Healthcare for 35 years and I know when a practice goes above and beyond and that's Dr. Kolshak and her team. Thank you all for all you have done to make a difference.
