I didn't even get to be a patient/customer. The attitude of the front girl answering the phone and then once I went in with a fractured wrist the same girl was just as rude in person caused me to go on Amazon to buy a brace. I will be sure to tell my referring Dr.about my experience and everyone I know to stay away. Front desk people need to know they are to be kind otherwise the business may suffer and you will be looking for work elsewhere

My daughter was fitted with an adjustable knee brace for a broken patella. Tammy Hager was super knowledgeable and very patient with us as she was teaching us how to apply and remove the brace.

We've been using Hanger Clinic for approximately 13 years and can't say enough about how well educated they are and what good care they take of their patients. We would never go any place else. Pete DiPalo is an exceptional orthotist.

I tried to call at 1 p.m. On a Wednesday and got answering service. When I asked the answering service to get me somebody in the office oh, they hung up on me. I was just trying to verify that my orthotics were in prior to making the 90-minute trip because previously all of the items were not in and they waited until the day of the appointment to call and reschedule. I'm really not happy with the time that it took between being sized for braces and orthotics and receiving the equipment. It ended up being about two months. I will update when I see how equipment fits and alleviates my condition.

I was also really unhappy because I paid $1,500 for what was expected to be my patient responsibility. But at the end of the day I couldn't get reimbursed that money from my h r a because I hadn't taken delivery yet of the delayed equipment so I've been out of pocket $1,500 for 2 months that I should have waited to pay until the equipment came in but there was a little bit of pressure to pay for things upon the date of ordering

My appointment went great! Received a new liner, the other one was stretched out also got a new covering. Hanger also found me an orthopedic doctor. Best experience I've had in a very long time. Thank you to Peter A DiPaolo
