Hangers Cleaners Michigan reviews
11I used this place for the first time today and the staff was so kind and friendly and they did an excellent job with my first drop off.:)
Very friendly staff. My clothes are perfect each and every time. My clothes are ready on time as promised.
I’ve been using Hangers Cleaners for my dry cleaning needs the last 4 years. Always an easy process, great cleaning, and amazing customer service from all, especially Tangela!:)
Everything was perfect just as I asked in the customer service was impeccable! Nice to feel welcome and received and your concerns appreciated!
Great service! I had to work late, and called to say I was arriving at 5: 55 pm, just 5 mins before closing. They asked for my name and had my order ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The attendant was super sweet.
They do an amazing job and got something out of my husbands shirt that I thought would never come out! Highly recommend!
$9 to dry clean a tie. Took four in not thinking the price was that high. Saw other businesses in Orlando charge $4. They can keep the ties.
Used Hangers for weekly laundry/starch and press. Shirts came out fine, but paid nearly $4 +/- p/shirt.for a simple starch and press. Won’t be using again.
Dry cleaning and spot removal. Great job and a results report telling me on one that the spot was successfully removed while on the other informing me that they removed most but could not totally remove it without damaging the garment. And I appreciated the fact that they remained open on Good Friday while two others closed early without posting or informing. Will use this business again.
I took 9 pieces in to be cleaned assuming reasonable prices. I was shocked when I received an email that they were done and it would be $81. That’s $9 apiece. Just like in a hotel or in NYC! I hand the cashier $100. NOPE, they don’t take cash, which as far as I know is still legal tender in the USA.
The worst place eveeeeeeer. They lost my daughter First Communion dresses and Jon was very disrespectful when I went to pick up the dresses. He told me someone else already picked them up. I thought he was kidding at first, but he was serious. I lost my daughter two beautiful first communion dresses just like that at this place.
