I love doctor Hanna and his ket team, they have changed my life in a way all positive that I will always be truly greatful to them. My nurses are the most caring kind professional angels that I could ever have met, they made me feel safe and clam so that my infusions take well. I made them shirts and they all would wear my shirts when I came in. Love you Jen you will be miss

Dr Hanna and practitioners actually listen to you and give you the help you need. Much better than the practice i went to in NY. My husband and i both go. The difference in my husband is significant and he is now able to work part time.

I saw you, Dr. Hanna in 2012- ish.
Dr. Hanna your are a very good Dr.i lived in Largo for a couple years but got really ill and was taken to St. Athonys
hospital. I was admitted and i had a very large benign tumor removed from right frontal
sac outside my brain.i was having illusions, falling down and losing
hours of time. They did a CT SCAN
and removed tumor and im fine now.
Except i live Ohio and i have pain still in my
back, only worse and i came back to Ohio
alone. While i was.in St. Anthonys, for i dont know how long
My husband decided he didnt want to be married to me any longer (32+ years).
He would not tell me why or what.
In Ohio and Fla both, i was on, Xanex and i sure needed
it what i went thru and still am going through,
And i had been on Xanex for 30 yrs.
AND all the pain.and i was just.diag.with reuhmatoid (sp)
Arthritis and osteoporosis. (more pain!)
on top of all i had and am going through.

I am very happy with Dr. Hanna and most of the staff at his office; however, I had a really bad experience with Kristine (blond hair/right side of desk) in the reception area. She became absolutely obnoxious and nasty when I re-asked a question I did not think she heard. I have to admit I did react back to her. It was shocking how belligerent she became. I cannot give a one star review as everyone else is so nice and particularly the other lady in reception area with dark hair. She usually works on the left side of the desk facing it and I unfortunately do not remember her name.

Dr Hanna is really good doctor he has helped me a lot. The problem is the two girls that work as so called receptionist are very Rude very Rude

I saw the doctor for pain in my head but his treatment only lasted two weeks. Prior treatment with a doctor out of town lasted 3 months. When I returned a month later his Medical Assistant was rude. Wanted to speak with the Office Manager and she was rude too.

Excellent doctor. The staff is friendly too. Ive have sum pain relief with his RFA. The only downside is the 3 hour wait for the 15 minute actual visit. Plan on a book or mobile game. But he is worth the wait. There are other doctors too they all do different procedures.

Dr Hanna is the kindest pain Dr I've found. He is patient, understand and quite frankly an amazing human being.

I've waited YEARS to find a pain Dr who spends actual time with you, who doesn't discharge you for being your own advocate for your health and quite frankly a Dr to CARE about the work he does. Dr. Hanna covers all of this and more.

Now, onto the not so greats and why I did 4 stars.
This place is so busy. So. So. So. Busy. I had read a review about how great the Dr was and spends time with you so I braced myself the 1st visit. And was worth the wait.
However, after initial appt you then see PA's (which I'm finding out is how most anywhere/any Dr.is these days).

My recommendation for this is to find 1 PA who you like and ask for their schedules. It will save a lot of time feeling "lost/forgotten" in the back exam room.
I now get the reviews of people saying they have 1 person they see.

The c-med surgery center procedures are done at, across the street.whew. Never been into a surgery center like that before. Ever. Very interesting. Check in at one building, walk to another to get iv in hand started, walk back to original building and up to 2nd floor to wait in another waiting room before being called back to what feels like converted offices doing procedures.

I truly appreciate how many people can be/are being helped by FSI, but it truly takes out the authenticity/genuine care and compassion when it is at these levels. I hate feeling like I'm on an assembly line for any health concerns.

And to end on that. The front office staff is busy. Busy as heck. They also take you being an advocate for your health as almost a right to get an attitude with you. Its really disheartening to be in so much pain and feel brushed off by the staff. But. They do a great job at keeping up. They could all be a bit more kind, but who couldn't when you check in and process hundred (s) of patients a day!

I recommend Dr. Hanna (and select staff) for sure, and hope this gives and honest review and heads up of what to expect walking in!

I was told to call to schedule for a procedure to get injections and the desk staff can't do it because there are no notes about me getting injections. So they are forcing me to come back to pay another co pay just to do that they said they are already gonna do.

I've been a patient of Dr Harris number of years he is a great doctor his staff is courteous and kind and on task
