15Decent prices but unsatisfied with the installation. They tried to get out of installing the delivery as promised & only changed their mind after they were told to take it back if they could not honor that promise. 3 days prior to shipment they arrived here & they showed up with the wrong delivery, wrong time. This all after roughly ten + years of loyalty. Not sure what is going on with them
Bought a used fridge they delivered same day. Something got damaged in delivery and they came out the very next day and fixed it. If there is an issue they are very responsive and stand behind their products. Will be back next time I need something new.
Have bought from Hansens used items numerous times! Always a great deal. Prompt friendly service prompt delivery
Alway been good to me. They also have the best new appliance prices in Pinellas county depending on the current market.
I bought a use washer, and they gave me, 3yrs of warranty. I had the washer for 1yr and half. And they didn't want to commadate with me. The boss name Fred, was nasty and very unperfectional and doesn't treat the customer right on the phone. I had to give him a peace of my mind.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! I purchased a washer WITH a 3 year warranty paid about $400. The washer was having some issues and I an additional 129$ for them to come out and tell Me that I need to purchase a new washer! This issue was normal wear and tear! I only had my washer for over a year! This place not only was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL BUT ALSO RACIST!

Nash the salesperson is awesome! He spent plenty of time with us on the phone to pick out and order a new washer dryer set to be delivered tomorrow! I’ll add to the review once we get our product installed and working. So far so good!
They charged $532.86 for a washer delivered. Confirmed delivery time day before. Then no show or answer the phone. Went to store to determine reason for no delivery. Washer was broken. They charged me for a broken washer that was not delivered. Don't pay them until product has been delivered in working order.
We had Hansen's come out to repair our Samsung dishwasher. They came out and diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and said it was the water leak sensor and ordered the part. Next day called us and said it was on backorder. Here we are 2 years later and no part. We paid the 250 up front charge to diagnose and return and fix. Since we were in need of a dishwasher we requested a half refund which they refused. So they charged us 1000 dollars an hour to diagnose issue. They did offer us a 75 dollar store credit, but we would have paid way too much through them as their price was 150 more than another appliance store. I highly recommend you avoid this scam company. I understand the part being on backorder is not their fault, but seriously wouln't refund us half our money. Definitely not a reputable company.
Purchased a used stove. They sent a broken stove. I have called 5 times in the last month (since the stove was delivered) and no one has contacted me back.
I have ordered several used appliances from this company over the last few years, the previous experiences has always been great. Not sure what happened that has caused their customer service to drop off a cliff.
In the past they have been ok to work with but now the service technicians can't be trusted for complete or accurate info. We called about a broken microwave and had their guy come out who basically just said to get a new one and then they could put our $125 service fee towards installation for it since they didn't fix anything. After we bought a new one and called them they told us they couldn't install it because we didn't buy it from them which the guy had never said. Now we are stuck with a broken microwave and a new one being delivered that we have no installer for - so we won't be able to tell if there is anything wrong with the new microwave by the 48 hour deadline. I spoke about the issue to two people at Hansen's and no one seemed to really care.
Bought a range, refrig and dw from them. Refrigerator had to fit in a specific small opening. Gave salesperson measurements when I placed the order but when fridge was delivered was nearly 2" too tall. Replacement fridge delivered next day that was shorter but more $. Wrote to owners asking for info and possible rebate as original order was placed on Black Friday at a sale. Never got a response. Very disappointed at the lack of response and initial hassle of having two fridges delivered.
Great place for reasonably-priced, new-to-you appliances! Friendly and knowledgeable, great warranty for piece of mind too. Couldn't ask for more.
I have dealt with this company for years. I bought matching set washer dryer 3 months ago. Dryer went out twice and now they can't fix. Instead they want to inconvenience me by looking at another comparable to the one I got. Since I can't go choose they are going to give me a totally different make, because to give me a nother one like I had would be too much money. My choice to not pick out one. But I don't have a car and disabled. I am so angry. I love my washer but now have to settle for something I know I won't like even with a warranty I paid for. Really stinks
