Nasty attitudes - I called to ask a few questions, and the woman who answered didn't speak a word of English. Then, another woman was handed the phone, who just barely understood me long enough to say 'I don't know' and hung up. All I was asking was the age requirements. Let's just say I'm glad they aren't in charge of caring for my 5 month old.
