Called these folks yesterday with an emergency electrical issue on a rental property. Shockingly in today's world of no one answering a phone these folks were professional, answered the phone and scheduled a tech to come out and see the issue. Upon inspection they determined the required actions needed to get the situation resolved. They got it handled and were absolutely great to deal with in today's poor service climate these guys are terrific. I would highly recommend.

Scheduled for Chandelier hang twice - cancelled twice last minute. Only told me they were cancelling when I called because they were an hour late. Very rude about it too - as if what they had to do today was much more important than what I had to do. Had to take a day off work twice - for nothing. Very unprofessional.

That safety excuse is nonsense. You came to the house 1 month prior to the first appointment and assessed safety. You said that you were able to do the job and gave me a quote, which we accepted. Then, on the day of the appointment, you cancelled 2 hours AFTER you were scheduled to arrive, saying you could not get the scaffolding. Then, you rescheduled to a date 2 weeks later - to obtain the scaffolding and repair the Chandelier as discussed. 1 hour after you were scheduled to arrive on that date, you called and said that you do not have the Scaffolding because you have to assess safety - AGAIN. How many days do you expect a customer to take off work to assess safety? For everyone reading the review, it is AT LEAST 4 days. You clearly had no mechanism by which to get scaffolding and consistently made excuses, stringing us along. So yes, my wife was a little irritated that you wasted her time and did not care at all.

2 weeks after my review, I received a text from Matthew asking me to remove the review. He said the if I don't, he will claim that I am a racist and made a thinly veiled threat to destroy my reputation. I see they probably do decent work when they actually do it, but I would avoid these people - they border on evil.

Great choice if you need electricians to make electric repairs needed for a homeowners insurance policy or four point inspection. Have worked with these guys multiple times in the tri county area and they are professional, experienced, and send pictures with a summary of the work they do which makes it easier to get your policy renewed or issued. They also have warranties and financing.

Had these electricians replace an electric panel and wiring in plantation for a house that was damaged. Very quick response and extreme professionals. True experienced tradesmen.

So thankful for these guys! We had 2 young men come out, Alfredo and Martin, that did a wonderful job. They were friendly, quick but efficient. Will definitely be recommending to my friends. Very professional electricians

Had a short in the electrical panel after a storm. It shorted a breaker and we couldn’t reset it. They replaced and double checked to make sure that everything was working before they left.
