Happy Nails, Merritt Island FL

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. She went to fast was to busy talking to her neighbor. She tried to change the color of my nails without asking even though I gave her the color I wanted. Made them way to short. Never again. DON'T COME HERE!

THIS IS THE WOREST PLACE I EVER BEEN TO IT TOOK A HOUR FOR THE GIRL TO TAKE THE PLOISH OFF AND REPOLISH MY TOES AFTER MESSING THEM UP TWO TIMES. I WAS REFERRED THERE BY A COWORKER AFTER A HOUR ANOTHER WORKER ASK WHAT I WANT DONE ON MY NAILS I TOLD HER NOTHING I DONE BEEN HERE A WHOLE HOUR TOES WAS MESSED UP I JUST LEFT. I GUESS HER NAME WAS PENNY SHE WAS VERY RUDE I GUESS THATS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CHANGE UP. SO NOW IM AT MY NAILSHOP TRYING TO GET THEM TO FIX THIS MESS. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. A WASTE IF 20.00 DOLLARS

The worst mail spa the color will go after one day of not less, not friendly staff at all and they act that they are doing you a favor not like that you are paying for the service (
The did my daughter eye brows burn her eye brows area and did her browse very thin and horrible will never go to them again or recommend them at all very bad service

My nails are always on point! The salon is neat and organized with all the dips, polishes and extras displayed. The possibilities are endless with designs.

Very unprofessional. I had a 9: 30am appointment and had to sit there while they continue taking others. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not going to be honored. It throws your whole day off especially if you have other appointments that you have to make it to. What an inconvenience. It’s really hard to find a good nail salon now days.

Penny and Sophia are absolutely amazing at their designs and have unique styles. The salon is always clean and staff is friendly. Signs are posted with clear prices and they have colors for days.

Called to make an appointment for a pedicure and foot massage and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude like i was a burden of her time. The least I expected from a salon is good customer service.

Love the people that enhance my beauty. They are some nice clean people. They don’t give you attitude. They give you what you ask for. I get my toes, nails, and eyebrows done there. It’s a one stop for me.
