From the moment we drove into the Keys and got a text from Sean our property manager saying our house would be ready for us early we were so excited. Sean was quick to respond when we communicated and was helpful with any questions we had. We stepped into Sunset Villa and was amazed at how beautiful it was. Downstairs was so open and the view of the canal and pool was to die for. The house was extremely clean and welcoming with a gift for us on the kitchen bar. The swings in the back porch were a must every day while enjoying the gorgeous views. We will be back to visit the Sunset Villa and love booking through Happy in the Keys. This is our second house of theirs we have stayed at and they have both been amazing! Book the trip to Marathon and book it with Happy in the Keys! You won’t regret it.

If you’ve never stayed at one of these properties you are missing out. We stayed in the Grouper House and I must say it is our favorite by far, and we’ve stayed in a lot of different locations. The house, dock, pool, staff, are all amazing. We will definitely be booking with Happy In The Keys going forward. Thanks so much for an amazing vacation.

We stayed there for five days and had the best time! The house is impeccably decorated! We took lots of pictures of the items throughout the house so we could buy them for our own house! We love staying there and would highly recommend it to anybody! What a gem!

Absolutely beautiful place. Sean was very nice. The condo looked to be newly renovated and was perfect.

I stayed in one of the Happy In the Keys villas with my girlfriends for a week. It was perfect for our girls trip. The villa is roomy, clean, and tasteful. The pool area is dreamy. The location is centrally located on the keys so we were able to stay there and access interest points up and down the keys. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a girls trip to the keys and we stayed in the Sunset Villa. It was a beautiful place with amazing views. We couldn’t get over how stunning the sunsets were from our back patio. The swimming pool was a great way to cool off in the middle of the day. The rooms were cute and clean. Being on Marathon was perfect to be central to all the keys. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a fun vacation! I stayed at the Sunset Villa with my 4 friends. It was clean spacious, and very well decorated. There was plenty of room for all of us. The back porch and balconies were such a fun hangout to watch the sunset and chat. The living room had a big enough couch for all of us to sit. Fans in all the rooms. The pool was also very nice. Clean, well kept, and stunning. I would definitely stay here again!

When we first stumbled upon the Sunset Villa, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.

Sean with Happy In The Keys is the most thoughtful, gracious host. 

He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around property. The villa is just perfect! The views are breathtaking!

The kitchen contains everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable. The the master suit is so luxurious. The location is incredible! & the boat slip is very spacious.

Sean and the Happy In The Keys team went above & beyond to make our week comfortable and memorable.

The house has amazing water views, sunsets and a nice big backyard. It was a great place to gather for the week with family. Plenty of room to park our boat and the channel was easy to navigate.
It was nice to have the property management team check in throughout the week and see if there was anything we needed or questions answered.
Great location for boating or taking a quick day trip to Key West or Islamorada.

Our family of nine spent Christmas 2021 at Pirate Point. Perfect for fishing as well as lots of privacy for adult children. The property manager was very attentive. I highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Perfect secluded location for a large group! Pool was super relaxing! The doc was our spot, manatee, barracuda, octopus, shark, lobster, crab and many other friends visited!
