I’m very happy with the choice I made doing business with HAPPY’s. DAKOTA is great! Customer service he serves is phenomenal. The furniture I wanted was pushed til next year, he found me something nicer and had it delivered in 2 days. Even made my payments very affordable. Love the service!

I can’t say enough. Sam and chase delivered our furniture and they took so much caution. Respected our home and made sure nothing including the new furniture was damaged. Highly recommended this place. And on top of that, the process was easiest I’ve ever had

I’ve had history with this store so a rapport had already been built. I had already purchased a computer and laptop from Happys with no issues or problems so when I went in to look for another laptop, I knew I’d find what I wanted…. Or so I thought. HP is the brand I love, but I had always wanted a Mac. Even the older 2013/2015 would be fine with me. I heard a familiar voice, Dakota, (who I didn’t realize at first) was among a few others who’d helped assemble some Furniture we’d purchased in the past. Dakota was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable about what I had told him I was looking for. I felt extremely comfy going through with my purchase. The HP I settled on was ready to be bought. However, he remembered me asking him if there were any MacBooks Ava and he said sometimes he can get them, but no promises. I checked out and was happy went about my day. Dakota calls a little while after and says he found a freakin MacBook! I was SO HAPPY! Plan was to return the HP and get the MacBook once it was at the store for pick-up! A couple tiny inconveniences happened and didn’t have anything to do with the store. Knowing previous apple procedures and steps, he wasn’t lying to me. I appreciated that so much. Those issues were fixed up in a day and BAM! Apple MacBook ready! All in all, I am so appreciative of this store, Raul and Dakota have been awesome to my family and I! Thank you so much Dakota for doing EVERYTHING and MORE to help with my purchase! These guys are the best!

Dakota and Sammy did an excellent job. This is the second time we’ve had Dakota out here and he’s done a phenomenal job every time. I appreciate there hard work and look forward to working with them again.

Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Claribel is the rudest person I have ever come across. Not only was money deducted ILLEGALLY off my debit card, when confronted she wanted to beat me mad about MY MONEY and hang up on me. She should NOT be the manager! Horrible customer service!

You wrong Why you don't say the true that you didn't want to pay and you was so so rude & fight for something you signed to pay is Rent to Own Not rent for Free! And not only that you was the rude when to you car & got bat to amerent the Manager of the store who was just doing her job, but you coming and treat the staff with a bat they you going to beat people up is Not right, Mrs.rs. Clarivel is sweet person ask nice & have manner is a lot of witnesses who saw you!
