Our service manager Ryan did an excellent job defining, planning, and coordinating needed work on our motor home. As usual, John performed all repairs and upgrades with great care, consideration, and perfection. The Harberson team is the best seen anywhere!

I was recently preparing my RV for sale and had a problem with the drop-down bed. I had an offer at the time that it broke so I didn't have a lot of time to get it fixed. I called Harberson who allowed me to bring it in right away. It needed a part which they were able to get quickly. The part came in on Wednesday evening and was installed by 9: 30 Thursday morning. Steve was the technician and was extremely helpful getting this accomplished.

Took our RV there recently to get oil change for our Pace Arrow 2002. We got the oil change delux and this including battery checks of the RV batteries. 3 Days later after I arrived in NC, I had some battery issues, checked my house batteries and one of them was nearly dried up, the other one half way. I called them and they said they would call me back, two weeks later I called them back and they said the service manager had left. I then spoke to the lady in that dept and she was going to look at the file and call me back. She said they only check the Chassi battery for that service. After many years I gave Haberson another try because I had been very disappointed on several occasions about there quality of service, not much has changed over the years.

The manager was very polite and made sure to answer our questions, and showed the RV we went to see.

We recently had work done on our Class C motorhome. All work was completed professionally and Steve did a beautiful job restoring a badly corroded battery box.

Fair and honest dealings with this establishment. They don't over promise but do deliver quality service.

This place is a joke they try to low ball me by $10000 on my 5th will camper aint happening

Not a complaint, but a questionable customer service, purchased 2016 itasca their 2 years ago, every thing I added to my mh I purchased there, safety bar for steering and few other items, spent a little bite of money, I called today and I spoke to mike. I needed air in my tires, leaving tomorrow and mike said make an appointment next week, I needed air in my tires really, you lost a customer and anybody I know, that’s just poor customer service for a once a loyal customer, shame on you!

Really professional service department. Dometic warranty issue dealt with effectively and fast. Kudos to Steven!

My husband and I recently purchased a Travel trailer (from lazydays) and we stopped by this place to see what they had in the store. To our surprise they have a very good selection of things you might need at a very responsible price! We bought a patio area outdoor mat and we love it! There was a older lady that was working that day I wish I remembered her name but she was very nice and gave us lots of great advice. We will definitely be going back and recommending this place!

I don't have rv anymore but they helped me get a jack warranted which was a help.l to me as it was defective but out of warranty.

Very friendly and helpful, they had the parts I needed in stock, to repair my Atwood RV water heater.

I can attest to the honesty of the people who work in the service department. Twice we went there for potentially expensive issues with our Airstream and both times they discovered minor issues. One was "no charge" and the other was a charge of $134.00. That one would have cost thousands, but the tech found a broken wire. We will always go to Harberson.
