The workers there are very helpful Even though this is a tool store They explain to me what I need a for the project at home

I know I can find mostly anything hardware related here. I was able to get in and out without feeling lost in the store. Prices aren't bad and the items stocked are of great quality.

We can usually find what we’re looking for here at a good price. Would be 5 stars if the cashier smiled and wasn’t so grumpy.

My elderly mom called this store to request an item be put on hold. When we drove 40 miles to get the item, the "associate" told us he sold three today and none were left. We told him that there was one on hold, and he said "oh yeah there was one up here but i sold that one too. " Now I will have to drive 60 miles one way to get the item or wait a month or more for it, bc HORRIBLE FREIGHT hates their customers and wont do a store to store transfer, wont ship an item from a store to a home, and doesnt CARE at all about customer service. Everything is met with a NO or a CAN'T. What a frustrating experience. In fact, no managers can be reached. No emails will be answered from the Corporate Website.

So shop here at your own risk. They don't care one iota about you!

Used to have great deals.dollars off and freebie coupons.now its just a run of the mill hardware.some tools.lots of empty shelves and no one there knows anything about anythibg.

If your the handy man type then this is the place. Matter of fact they have alot of (D. I. Y) DO IT YOURSELF ITEMS

Nice, clean place but where are all the employees? I had six persons walked to me and asked me or I worked there because they couldn't find a single employee. I assisted them and in that time not a single employee was on the floor.

I always find my bargain items there, and I need to do the job. Employees are always there for you

Prices a little steep for some things but excellent for others great location and excellent customer service

Expectations were low, but wow. They don't maintain their signage, cashier's have no idea what is going on and manager "flavian" definitely thinks he's a bigger deal than he is. Insisting harbor freights pricing online is wrong and leaving customers to comb through their antiquated website for a coupon when the price is sitting on a phone right in front of his face and was incredibly rude the entire time. Literally turns his back in the middle of a conversation. Wouldn't recommend, just order online or at another location.

I love this store. They have great tools for cheap. They have a large selection of tools. They do have people around the store to help with anything you need. The store is clean and well-stocked. I love shopping here

Some great prices on cheap Chinese tools. Generally you get what you pay for, some items are a great deal, and some are a bust, it's always a bit of a gamble. But who doesn't love tools?

Went into the florida ave store to get my husband a tool chest they advertised in their flyer. They said they were sold out and more were guaranteed to come in on Wednesday with the truck and to come back. I called this morning to confirm the truck had come with the tool box I needed and she said yes to come down around 10am. So I headed out I get there and I'm told they have none and more did not come in. I was upset but understand things happen so I continued to shop for one they had in store, I found one similar to the original grabbed the tag stood inline for 10 minutes. Get to the register hand them my paper he looks at me and says ohh your going to be mad! We dont have any of those either. Didn't offer a solution or apology either. This is one dissatisfied customer, amazon will be here with my tool chest in 2 days!

Just picked up a new light weight aluminum Jack for $59.99 with a coupon. Last one still working. Had it about two years. Need one for a trailer.

Just remember, you get what you pay for, with that being said Harbor Freight does have alot of very useful products that are of decent quality, and there prices are hard to beat.

I just love this place. I used to think it was a bunch of Chinese cheaply made tools. While I still prefer dewalt power tools, I recommend that anyone who does their own repairs, this is the place for you. I am a contractor repairing all types of things. Carpenter, appliances, plumbing etc. My only problem is that I want to buy everything!
