You can usually find what you need & it's cheaper than going to Home Depot. Return & Exchanges are SUPER Simple. Just bring it back. An exchange due to an item that no longer wks and is under warranty Just bring it in & get a new one.
Unlike Home Depot, where they take your item and send it off for repair. A contractor could be without his.say nail gun for weeks. NOT at harbor freight. Just bring it in. They look you up by name and number & you get another one! I recommend the extended warranty.

I had my list of tools, but as always, I can not stick to just my list. The cashier checked my membership and gave me the best price for everything I purchased. Lots of great stuff there.

I posted on yelp but it’s obvious that doesn’t get seen. I have yet to feel the need to post a review until today. My wife took me to this ocation to look at some too boxes and i had my heart set on the $4000 icon tool box, it looked like a great box, but with a price tag like that and the warranty i had some questions, with it about to be discontinued. I asked the helpful young man to bring me a manager and we were actually feet away from the office. I heard the worker ask the manager joel if he could speak for a second and he rudely said loudly "I'm on lunch, no! " And to be honest i understand that but his rude demeanor lost our business. I'm heading to Lowe's tomorrow to pick up a husky double deck tool box instead. Please close the door when you plan on sounding annoyed by customers.

Harbor freight I look there before the greed high price stores! The biggest problem United States has is China junk!

This place is like candy store for men and women who love tools. I did purchase an item that I didn’t feel I wanted because it was too bulky after using it. They were kind enough to accept the return based on the explanation that the item was not a good fit.

Women have Hobby Lobby, Men have Harbor Freight! However, I however don't subscribe or fit in just one so I'll be greedy and take both! Either way, Harbor Freight sets you up for a glorious DIY weekend!

I like shopping here. You need to be careful about some things that you buy. Some of the tools are not great quality but are very affordable.

Nice place they could use some more employees. The gentleman that helped us was cool. They did not have air horns!
