Flaky lying devious people never do what They're supposed to. Sent me a contract to finance my insurance and didn't even tell me it was a finance company. I canceled my insurance and Harbor kept the balance now the Insurance company is billing me for it.

I Have to take a moment to show some appreciation.

Normally when I used to see the term "insurance agent" I used to just think of it as someone that just helps me get insured. Nothing more.

But since I first spoke with Kimberly Bryant from Harbor Insurance Group 2-3 years ago, I've felt a good and strong sense of someone that really puts in work for you/me. Honestly I got lucky, I needed insurance and I made a cold call to an office close to me.

She was able to get me a great quote, with a good insurer that works well for me and I continue to get rewarded for safe driving.

But more than a good quote, Kimberly is genuinely there for me; she helps me with paperwork and any other concern that I may need to get cleared up. And that honestly means the world to me, because I SUPER VALUE my time and it's very appreciated when I get a random email that tells me something I needed to do was taken care of for me. (With my awareness of course)

I've been with Harbor Insurance and Kimberly for maybe about 2-3 years now, and it's honestly been a pleasant experience.

In addition, anytime I need to call the office, it's also a good experience when I speak with anyone. For ex, I recently called to get clarity for a big concern on my policy and Kimberly was unavailable, and I spoke with Janet instead and she was just as sharp, helpful, resourceful, and understanding as well.

Great company to use as far as insurance my daughter and best friend use them highly recommend.

I was rear ended at a stop light by a driver who was insured by Ocean Harbor. The police took a report and indicated that the driver was clearly 100% at fault. My insurance company (Geico) quickly repaired my car but I had to pay a deductible. Ocean Harbor did not respond to repeated claims to recover my deductible. I ended up having to go to court to sue the owner of the car to recover my deductible. Lesson to anyone who wants to be insured by a company who lets their driver gets sued in court.

I would highly recommend Harbor Insurance Group, I've used them for homeowner's and they're working quite hard for competitive auto insurance rates. A special mention for, Misty. Scam Alert, Very awkward and unprofessional answering service was treated like a friend on hold while person on other end is babysitting or something. Preoccupied and
the phone was on shoulder and just answered Hello? -long pause- yeah.hold on. I didn't say anything waited 5 secs and hung up. Beware! Beware!
