HarborChase of Jacksonville

My family experience was terrible. They couldn't provide the service we paid for.
There is too much to put. Not providing basic service, bathroom, grooming, showers, changing clothing.
Not coming to the room for two hours after buzzer was pushed with my father on the floor or not explaining how a cut on the foot happens and not properly cleaning it or not giving medication at the correct time or at all. The biggest issue is that they are under staff.
Have everything in writing and time stamp.
I do not recommend HarborChase.
We did get a refund, and some staff were let go, but unacceptable.

Newly remodeled community that has a really good feel to it. Connie at the front desk is so inviting! After 10 years of working there she is a prime example that great people wake up everyday to bring care and joy to her residents there at Harbor Chase Jax. Don't believe me, walk in and see for yourself

When I first entered the community I knew this would be a place I wanted to work. The staff was so attentive, and the residents seemed extremely happy and they welcomed me as well

Great facility, great staff for my 94 year old friend. But not a great sales person and management. It is the main reason for the 1 star review. Everything else is 5 star.

She promised credits when signing up which was never delivered.

They never fully evaluated my friend before moving to the facility.

We spent over $10,000 moving him in and he only ended up living there for about 1 month.

I cherished that month there and enjoyed meals before he really got really sick. They kicked him out and refused to keep him.

He ended up having to go where he really belonged which was a skilled nursing facility. He ended up going home to be with the Lord a few months after of suffering.

Harborchase has never bothered to return phone calls or even have apologized about the situation.

The place is 5 star minus the actions of management.

My precious mom, Della Easterday spent her final months in the loving care at HarborChase of San Pablo, in Jacksonville, Florida. The staff and facility provided her comfort, and support. Rebecca, Janann and Dana along with many others did the same for my family. I am forever grateful for this amazing facility and I still frequently go and visit the staff and residents. The bond we built during a difficult time was and will always be so special. I would recommend HarborChase to anyone looking for an inviting, and engaging lifestyle for their loved ones. I was very impressed by the
Wonderful caring staff, they have a beautiful newly renovated boutique hotel feel community, lots of happy residents
And some of them have been my patients for a long time
I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for such a facility for there families or loved ones
