Extremely rude lobby assistant. I would like to get in contact with the management of this residence so they know more details if they like to find out why residence don’t get delivers correct way. On 5th February around 7pm the lady at front desk she was extremely rude and have attitude and didn’t want to admit that she felt with correct unit number on a delivery. (she just decided on her own which unite to ride it down because she looked upset from the beginning that she had to deal with her job duties) When I try to tell her that she get it wrong and I didn’t even told her yet the unit she get mad didn’t want to admit and she ask me to get out I tried to gave her correct unit number so the delivery goes wrong way she replied get get out again. I left and tried to give number to valet she went out and she told me to leave or she call police, I guess for me tried to make sure delivery handles right. I am sure you can pull up camera in the lobby and see how she treat it me. I hope you can have voice on a record so it will show how she talk to me.
I wouldn’t want to be resident of this building if that’s how lobby assistant handling her job. And I wouldn’t want to delivery anymore to this building. No hospitality.
