Most of the 5 Star reviews are from staff members and a total lie! Management here is an absolute joke! I had a family member here and they were absolutely miserable! Call lights go unanswered. They are constantly unstaffed at night and patients not being cared for hours on end. I have heard the ADON (I believe that is her title) talk down to staff. This place should be shut down. I even overheard staff members talking about falsification of documents to make it look like they had enough people to work but they didn't. The state agency really needs to look into this place.

They say it's the people who can make a place special. Terri B.is amazing and she treats everyone of her admissions as if they are family!

Number one I wanna thank Sara! She is your marketing queen. This is in regards to my adopted mother and trying to find a beautiful facility for her. This was a top-notch place and they went above and beyond. Thank you so much for all the care that you gave to my adopted mom Judi. You treated her with respect. It’s a very nice and clean facility. Your staff is extremely kind. They answered her call light in a timely manner. Made sure that she had her medicine and a wheelchair waiting for her when she arrived. I work in healthcare so that’s a little unheard of. Everyone knew that she was coming and I am so very blessed that she is now living at home and doing everything on her own. Thank you so much everyone and if there’s anything I can ever do for you I’m here. Give Sara a raise! Medicare bed! Ty Korey Hall

I'm rating from an employee perspective they don't train you throw you on the floor understaffed, complete set up for failure do not recommend!

I adore our patients. They are so kind and uniquely different from person to person. They truly make my day.

Can't give but 1 star because I have never been there, but I'm not happy that my sister isn't happy, was on the phone with her the other day and did not appreciate how she was being talked to. Nursing homes are the residents home now, not a one of you would like to be talked to or treated like most residents are being talked to and treated and should not be talked down to just because an aid or nurse has a bad day and brings it to work with them or whatever the case may be. If one chooses to take a job at a nursing facility of any kind you should show compassion at all times not treat the residents like a heard of cattle! You chose this job and should do your job with the upmost respect to everyone around you!
