Great customer service and large selection of jewelry. A no pressure atmosphere and they want you to have what you like. My husband and myself both wanted custom rings. He was able to design mine based off what my husband wanted. Hugh brought in multiple different diamonds and showed us the difference with the microscope to make sure we understood the difference in what we were getting. Would highly recommend.

Great experience! I made an appointment before Christmas to see Hugh about an engagement ring for my now fiancée in early December. He put me at ease from the beginning, educating me on emeralds (we went with an emerald center surrounded by diamonds), was able to work with my schedule (I was hoping for delivery by mid-January and they were quicker) and providing a quality engagement ring that is now on my fiancée's finger. We met with Brad Harby over the Christmas holiday, on a Saturday, to get information about replacing my wedding band that had been stolen a couple of yrs ago. I felt that Brad went above and beyond by researching with Simon G to see if they still had the mold for my ring, which they did. We decided to go with one of the rings they had there that was similar to the original one. He kept in touch with us every step of the way and I was able to pick up my new ring a week after Christmas! It's absolutely beautiful. Brad also got an appraisal done on both my engagement ring and the new wedding band so we can turn it into the insurance company. I would recommend Harby Jewelers to anyone looking for jewelry. 44 years ago, I purchased a men’s wedding band from Harby for our upcoming wedding.

This year, unfortunately, my husband lost the ring. I contacted Harby Jewelers and Hugh Looked up our records and found the style in size of the ring.

I surprised my husband with it on our 44th wedding anniversary, With a new engraving on it (in celebration of our 44th anniversary).
