Hard Rock Cafe, Key West FL

Great meal at a well known place. Service could have been a bit better but I think ours had too many tables to keep up!

I enjoy Hard Rock in different places and it was my first time here. The steak salad was amazing - cooked exactly as we asked, medium rare. The vegetables were fresh. The onion ring tower looked awesome and the wings were very good too. The service was on point and the views on Duval are awesome - great vibe. Definitely worth visiting to get some good food, music and just to enjoy yourself. I will return when we come back to Key West for sure.

No respect host has attitude manager canot control anything, and placing us in a corner while walk in got better seats, while my reservation was a month ago. The waitress was wonderful and the performer was great. Only that otherwise not worth my time messed up holiday

This is not your usual new and shiny Hard Rock - it is in a grand old mansion with tables inside, on outer decks and what would be the front lawn. We went with a local couple who love to eat there and enjoyed a lot of laughs and a relaxed and pleasant dinner.
The staff is efficient and friendly, the manager was very accommodating and lovely to talk to. The food was good and fresh and they have great Margaritas! An international chain restaurant that feels and tastes local.

Great place to stop and grab a plate of nachos and a fudge brownie sundae. We just sat on the patio, enjoyed the day and people watched during fantasy fest. Great laughs and lot's of fun with the staff.

Went for T shirt and out of size in shirt I wanted. Women would not go to storeroom to check

It's money made going out of town, avoid places like this, margaritaville, fogartys, Caroline's, extracts. Support the locals because basically everything is being bought out by rich people from New York. The food is mediocre and not fresh like most chain restaurants, they aren't passionate.

Understaffed. Quality was very good but the service was very, very slow due to lack of staff.

The atmosphere is everything for especially because the Hardrock Cafe is located in a beach town. This was.one of the highlight of my vacation. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the service was excellent. Though the step up for the cafe has some outdoor seating with umbrellas over the tables the ambience was wonderful. I had the one night in Bangkok spicy shrimp as a starter. I liked it, however, my idea of spicy is really hot hot. The Legendary Burger was great a bit greasy, but it's a burger and it was delicious. I got a few items at the rock shop which was cool. The staff there are awesome, the Manager chated with her abit and the guy in the Rock shop cool peeps. I would definitely recommend the Hardrock Cafe in Key West, go check it out when you are in the area.

Great location on Key West, near mallory square. HRC is always a winner.not very cheap but always top quality!

Good food for the price. Staff was great. Wait time to get in, get food and get out was well within an hour. Great experience.

Good! Atmosphere is familiar. Chicken nuggets I had were a little spicy for me, but, I'm not fond of spice. The Server did warn me. My husband's hamburger great!

I never ended up eating here. The sign said wait to be seated. I stood there for 5 minutes and while multiple employees passed me, none greeted me. I finally figured out who the hostess was when I heard a phone ring and I thought it was mine. It was hers and I heard her say “ugh, I hate my phone. ” She ignored or missed the call and then continued to play on her phone. I finally just gave up and went somewhere else. I spent at least 8 minutes standing there waiting to be greeted.

I really liked it. The food was great! Service too. The merchandise was very nice. Lots of choices.

More toned-down than most Hard Rock cafes I've been to (which is not a bad thing). Excellent service.

Wasnt too bad, wings great, grilled mac and cheese superb, little slow on drinks, other than that awesome!

Very unique Hard Rock inside an old Key West mansion built in 1890. Very friendly staff and we were glad we stopped in. Lots of Rock memorabilia to view inside. BBQ sandwich was very good and came with french fries. The brownie sundae was huge and definitely made to share. Can sit outside on the 3 level patio or if it is too hot dine in the air conditioned inside.
