My husband’s service was exactly what he wanted it to be. The staff at Hardage Giddens Holly Hill were caring, helpful, responsive and made everything as easy as possible for us during the most difficult time. The service was beautiful and we were pleased with everything. Thank you!

I can not say enough great things about this particular funeral home and about Mary. Mary is a God send. I was dealing with, while probably not a unique situation to them I had personally never dealt with it before and was a little lost and confused trying to straighten some things out. Mary was so incredibly compassionate and helpful. Any time I called or reached out, I always had a response or call back within minutes.

I am so unbelievably grateful my mother was brought here and that such amazing care was taken with her. Given the circumstances it definitely helped me mentally knowing that my mother was in a great facility with people that genuinely care about people both in life and death. I am not local but I was treated so well as if I was a neighbor or even family. I would recommend that others don't bother wasting their time looking anywhere else, this is the place you can absolutely trust with your loved one and feel confident in your decision!

Losing a loved one is never easy!
Services provided by Hardage-Giddens made the process for us honoring our parent's passing respectful and loving. Both, we and our parents lived in a town different than where the funeral home was located. Each of our parents had to be transported from their residential location at the time of their passing to the funeral home location. Every person we interacted with was respectful, graceful and caring. While most arrangements were made in advance by our parents, there were still choices and decisions to be made before the services took place. Mary with Hardage-Gibbens was so patient and caring through out the entire process. She calmed my stress and handled everything with extreme professionalism, while also making me feel as though I was her only concern each time we interacted. Both of our parent's services (4+ years apart) were flawless. My siblings and I were able to focus on our other family members and guest that came to pay their respects to our parents. They made what was already a heart-wrenching day, a beautiful day of celebration and sharing of memories with many loved ones!

Toni Stenbeck helped me upgrade my pre-planning funeral plans. She made the whole process so easy! I would recommend her to anyone!

The care/concern/professionalism they showed was outstanding! Mary and her team went out of their way to accomodate our wishes for our family. Any questions that we had or any additional help we needed, Mary was quick to respond with a solution. While we never look forward to needing funeral arangements, Mary and her team made it seamless and took excellent care of my family.

Just laid my mom to rest with Hardage-Giddens Holly Hill. We used them for my dad 5 years before. They were very sympathy and compassionate with both services. Funeral Director J. Lynn Gauthier helped tremendously through this rough time. Thanks again.

Everyone was sympathetic and caring. They worked with me to get mom a nice funeral within a price range that with the help of some friends my family was able to get a loan to pay. I like that the chapel wasn't arranged like you would expect with pews. The tables were nicely decorated and invited conversation and sharing. We were unable to provide pallbearers so the grounds workers did the job of getting mom from their chapel to the grave site for that part of the service.
I haven't had to deal with planning a funeral before so I don't know how things work but it would have been nice if there was a way to pay the funeral cost to them over time. Especially since Mom already had most of the actual grave site paid for.

Honestly there aren’t enough words to say to thank y’all/team for representing Chanell’s life through setup and design. So many great personal touches and key details we couldn’t even have imaged coming together. Rebecca you listened even when we couldn’t give you the exact words, you made it happen. You not only executed the vision but made it even more then we could have expected. Jimmy you stepped up immediately to recommend and give suggestions on media stuff we couldn’t wrap our head around. You truly took charge and made sure the tv, generator, and video would all be possible. Again, we are extremely grateful to have been able to use your services at such a devastating time in our lives. Laurie was very helpful and informative with making decisions. There is no pressure in making choices or decisions. The customer service was wonderful in helping me with my mom. I appreciated the tour and explanations to help make a decision on cemetery plots. I would highly recommend for obtaining information and assistance with cemetery plots and burial planning.

The staff was very courteous and pleasant. Everything was listed so I knew just what to expect. Thank you!

The staff at Holly Hill Memorial were truly the best I could have hoped for with the recent loss of my Mother last month which occurred during the July 4th holiday week. There was a lot to prepare for on short notice. Mary was most helpful with outlining the final decisions that still had to be made with a prepaid arrangement from long ago, all of which was honored accordingly. She provided outstanding direction while graciously accepting several special requests I had made on behalf of my Mother's final viewing, resting arrangements and throughout the duration of such a big day for myself and all of my family. Everything was truly perfect and the ambience of the facility was lovely. Mary and the staff continued the next two weeks afterwards to make sure that an additional gravesite marker upgrade that I had was requested was well on its way. I must say, my mind was totally at ease throughout, everything went as planned. My Mother, surely would be most pleased. Thank you Mary and staff!

Had a great experience with Holly Hill. They handled both my Mother and Father’s burials. They both had pre-paid funerals set up with this company, and they did an awesome job. My Mother just recently passed a couple of weeks ago, and Jimmy went above and beyond helping me get her photos all set up for the viewing and for the day of the funeral. These were very important memories for our family. Also Michelle helped with the thumb drive for the slideshow. They did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend their services.
