Hardee's / Hardee’s, Wildwood FL

Workers don't really seem to care. Went inside and ordered a burger and a drink. I was the only person there. After 10 minutes I asked about the burger and they guy goes "Oh man I'm sorry. I forgot to make it. "

Only place in Wildwood that would let you set down inside to eat at 9: 45 at night, every other restaurant said to go only.

The IT department definitely needs to make the Hardee's app more user friendly.
To cash in on your Rewards you need to add it to your order first as if you were purchasing it, THEN claim it as a reward and and then you will get that item for free. There was no tutorial on that and the cashier and I went through a trial and error and discovered that process on my visit.

I cannot recommend this store. I went in the store to purchase dinner to go and was most disappointed. The staff moved very slowly and showed no motivation to do their job. The fries that came with the meal were cold and greasy and had a rubbery texture so they went straight to the trash. The burger I purchased was edible but just barely. I would recommend that you save your time and money and visit a different Hardee's and hope for a better experience.

The lady working the drive through was excellent. She was very pleasant and efficient. The food tastes good but it was not hot. If our food was hot or even warm. I would have given 5 stars.

Staff was constantly complaining about the "rush" of people. Only 3 staff working. We stood and waited 15 minutes or more for our meals.

The lady at the cash register was so sweet to my little girl with down syndrome! Put her order in her own bag and she was in heaven! Thank you for being kind!

Stood in line for ten min.and no one even said a word to anyone in line. They moved so slow. I just left.

One of the best Hardee's I've been to. Excellent drive thru etiquette. Very friendly staff. The only down side is that they make your food fresh every time, so you will have to wait a little longer than other fast food restaurants. But that does two things.keeps people that are in a big rush from eating there and keeps the drive thru line short. I almost never have to wait in line. People say that Hardee's is too expensive, but have you eaten at McDonald's or Wendy's lately? They actually cost the same or MORE than Hardee's now. And they are giving you smaller portions now. Hardee's still feeds you the same size portions. I work all over the U. S.and the trend is the same in every state with down-sizing portions. Sad how greedy some fast food has become.

We had a very large order but received it very quickly. 4 with no buns as well. I asked about the fries being cooked separately from breaded items and was happy to find out they were, the worker understood our concern as well considering we ordered food without buns.

I love the breakfast in this restaurant and sometimes weekends we order burgers and chicken, the quality of the food is great

We just ordered and waited. Orederd at 6: 51am. Came back and had deleted our order off of the screen inside. Asked us what we had. Was telling us it was the person behind us order. And said hold on. Never came back. I knocked on window. A man held up his hand. Still never came back. We left at 7: 15. Should have came over and at least let us know what was going on. We saw them take at least 5 orders for the inside and give them our food. Our order number was 330520

This location was excellent in delivery, timeliness, and especially customer service. We felt the hustle as soon as we got in line. Special shout out to SARAH for being a strong motivational force and coach to the team. She was exceptionally great at making her coworkers feel appreciated during our lunch rush. Everyone did a great job!

The food was fast and tasted great. Josh took care of us and did a great job explaining the differences in all the menu items. Wonderful job and the peach and cream pies were awesome! The restaurant and the bathrooms were very clean as well.

Highly disappointed that Hardee's did away with their original menu! The only original thing they had was a ham sandwich which I had no interest in!

Very disappointing. Sausage in ("Beast"?) sandwich had almost no taste. Only OJ available, 11.5 oz plastic container of Simply Orange, was overpriced, I believe, at ~$2.70 before tax. Had only the one meal at Hardee's in this short 2+1/2 day trip to Florida, so not enuf info to adequately assess. Hoping others have had, are having, or will have a more pleasant Hardee's experience.

Young woman who took our order was completely clueless. She couldn't figure out how to take pickles off a burger, and add bacon to another burger. The older woman, possibly manager, was not very friendly at all. Seemed like me ordering my food was a burden for her. They don't give you a receipt until after you get your food. Food was alright, but staff is not professional at all.
