Hardee's / Hardee’s, Jasper FL

Food isn't good as it used to be. And service needs a lot of work! Also be careful giving them your debit/credit cards they will bend them.

I love their food but here lately it's not been so great. They had the best chicken club sandwich until they changed the chicken they use. Their menu has always been a little over priced but $5 for a milk shake is pretty high especially when they only give you a half of a milk shake. We bought 1 yesterday and 2 today and all of them have been half full.

Over charged me for#1 combo. Should been 8.99 + tax. Charged me 10.80 cents. IWill not return.

I went through drive through Monday evening and ordered chicken tenders and a fried chicken sandwich combo. The chicken strips were great. They were hot and tender. However, the chicken sandwich we received was grilled, rather than fried and was like rubber. It was inedible. The French fries were cold. I look forward to seeing improvements in the restaurant in the future as we really need a good place to eat in Jasper.

Burnt greasy food. Will make you sick There is a continuous failure to communicate at drive through. Staff did not and does not get the order correct. Avoid if you want a healthy or fresh meal with staff that listens or want to get a quick bite through drive through

I eat here daily for breakfast. Aly will always make my order correct if something’s wrong. I appreciate the great job done right!

Great customer service. The best Hardee’s I’ve been to. When I’m in town I love to stop by all thanks to Alicia Youngblood, a manager that works there. She made my ordering easy for me an my family. She was very cheerful like she actually liked her job and with her being in a good mood it made me in a good one too

I am so excited at the changes hardees at made and the fact that they now had door dash Jarrell is the best driver ever and very fast

We dine in at the Jasper FL Hardee's for breakfast a few times a year. Can't beat the biscuits and gravy and sweet tea. Consistently good! Employees are always friendly and attentive with fast service.

This is the cleanest Hardee's that I have visited inside and outside. You could see that the kitchen was also spotless and the employee prepping the food didn't touch anything with his gloves but the food. The way the job should be performed.

Went to Hardee’s in Jasper, and had to repeat my order four times. When I got to the window I was handed half my order, then had to give my receipt back to get the rest of my order. They had no small hamburger patties. No milk to make milkshakes didn’t asked if I wanted dipping sauce for my chicken tenders. Seems like no one wants to work and if they show up they do half a job.

Customer service was great! The best breakfast I’ve had in a Hardee’s in a long time. Will definitely go back when I’m traveling that way.

Was told to park and have been waiting 40 min for a burger and tenders literally could have drove to Live Oak and back quicker than the service at Jasper Hardee's

The food was terrible, service ok. Will have to try again to know if it was just an off day or not.

I waited in the drivetru for 30 mins, went to the window and the two black males working looked at me multiple times and waked away. Went bac to the drivethru and waited more only to return to window. Finally shined my light and hit my siren until someone walked to the window. Said they were closed. I said now I bet, but I’ve been in the drivethru over 30 mins two times. The reply was they closed 30 mins ago. I said y’all close at 10.
(Was 945) after thinking a bit they said the grill caught on fire. Seemed Very ironic I seen them use it the first time I drove to the window to get someone’s attention. Only assume it was my career choice. Every time I go it’s a young black girl and she’s very pleasant and respectful. She wasn’t there tonight. They need to move her to a management spot and fire whoever was in charge tonight

Their chicken tenders are one of my favorites always hot & fresh & always informed me of a wait time if they have to b cooked. I also love their breakfast menu
They have a lot to choose from. I will be returning cause management is very respectfull.
