Hardee’s, Jacksonville FL

This restaurant is by far the best place for me. The employees are always welcoming and seems to be happy. The drive thru person goes above every morning with her great disposition and friendliness. I would recommend food and service

The ONLY place that still sells a BEEF STEAK BREAKFAST SANDWICH. Everyone DOESN'T EAT PORK! I love the steak egg and cheese breakfast meal with the tater tots!

We stood around for almost 5 minutes before someone decided to wait on us. We were the only people inside restaurant and it appeared they were only concerned with the drive thru. They did have delicious cinnamon rolls I have to admit.

I got a specialty biscuit it was the candied bacon combo with orange juice. I think they put one piece of the candied bacon and the rest was regular bacon. Here you’re paying $3 extra dollars for the combo and it’s not worth it.

Let me tell you that I have had the worst day ever and when I went through Hardee’s after having bad customer service everywhere that I went, I got the best customer service from Toya/Latoya. It had been a long time since I had been through Hardee’s, and I noticed that the thick burger was no longer on the menu. Miss Toya was wonderful in explaining everything on the menu item The way the burgers are made now and made it really simple for me to make my choice. It was the first time that I had gotten customer service from someone who didn’t seem to be annoyed by my presence. I will literally drive past the bush Drive location just to come to this location if customer service is always this great.

There was a snafu with our order given to someone else but the staff was very apologetic and made it as quick as possible. They were super friendly and made it a great experience!

That computer that you guys have taking orders at the drive thru sucks. The real people are great so I don’t want them to get a bad rating for the AI taking orders! Computer generated is not for every thing!

It's a staple in my family to go to this Hardee's and grab Frisco burgers and chicken strips.always good.hits the spot every time

We stopped here twice, to and from our trip to Orlando and the food was delish! Fresh and hot! Workers were very pleasant/friendly, restrooms were CLEAN! Favorite Hardee’s of the whole trip! WELL DONE!

The automated service was cool and different but the food was not uo to par was way over priced.

Window staff needs to be replaced with AI as well, after my order I waited at the window for over 5 mins, employee was on their phone and stayed on their phone the whole time, never gave me my ranch sauce. Rude doesn’t even begin to cover it. Service is always trash later in the day

This is not really a place to bring kids. Older diners enjoy the peace to eat their food. Service is good but can be a bit slow. Prices are a bit more than regular chains but worth it for quality of food.

Came to get a breakfast sandwich and walked up to a locked door. Another man and myself was confused since people were dining in and in line. We went to the other door and that too was locked. A customer let us in and I ordered. While others and I waited for our food, another customer approached the locked door and had to be let in. At this time, I saw an employee be told directly and did nothing about it. I also reiterated that the doors were locked and by now since being made aware of it, someone should unlock them. Stating how the customer that told him was there before me and this employee decides to get loud and belligerent about “ok ma’am, I just got here”. Either way I believe this to be normal practice at this location as they decided to lock the doors to eliminate more customers coming in and having a line in drive-thru and did nothing once made aware. This is sad especially at 9am…can’t handle a morning rush? Do better Hardee’s and re-educate the staff on how to deal with customers instead of getting defensive and ignorant in front of a lobby full of customers. Would be greatly appreciated

Very polite and courteous through drive through food was hot and order was perfect.we will def be making the drive from Dunn to this location from now on.

Site says open but i get here and they the sign says not open till 8. Waited 30 minutes still doors not open at 8: 05 am. Left. Terrible customer experience.

AI is taking orders and I got a cold ball of grease for a burger.

No ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, or onion. Old, cold burger, fake cheese, mayo and bread.

I shouldn't have eaten it. I literally feel ill.

Great employees and food. Everything came out quickly, fresh, and the young lady behind the counter was a sweetheart.

The cheeseburger and tenders were delicious, however I was the only person there and it took at least 15mins to get my food. The guy who brought it out was rude, didn't speak to me and was on his cell phone. Plus the fries were cold, like HOW?

Drive thru was fast and easy to get in and out at 5: 30am. Order was correct and tasted good. Ladies there were working at fast pace and nice.
