Hardee’s, Lake City FL

Fries were coated in salt. Basically inedible, burger didn't taste well and took 15 minutes or more to get brought to the table at 11am. Not impressed at all

Haven't gone since last year.
Was greasy and disgusting. Had me running to the toilet twice with the runs right after eating. Won't ever try this place again. I felt sick after. They also gave me an extra order I decided to just pay for at drive through.

Got to Hardee's this morning. There were two lines of cars outside and a long line inside. We got our food fast and fresh. They did an amazing job.

Love this Hardee's. Been coming here with my grandpa since I was very young boy. This store has seen many renovations but it's very nice and clean. I did love it a little more when you could buy tacos here. I usually come for breakfast, actually only go here for breakfast and it's usually with my daughter or my girl friend. My daughter loves the biscuits and gravy amd I usually get the pork chop biscuit or the steak biscuit. My last visit I heard several customers complaining to upper management about them doing away with the cinnamon raison biscuits. The manager there said that it was a corporate decision to get rid of it. They expressed that they loved it. The cinnamon roll replaced it. Overall this is a great location of a hardees and always has pretty good service and food. It's also good they have upper management frequent the store for customer input. Bring back the fried chicken and the awesome kids meals like from the 1990s. Stop in and enjoy some great southern comfort breakfast food

This place is filthy. The management needs to do a better job of maintaining the cleanliness of the building. Very sad. Waited 30 mins for a burger, a chicken sandwich, and fries.

Thought ild try something new. Ordered two meals and paid $25 in the drive thru. Was in hurry so didnt check bag till back to work. The food was hot but missing tomato on my burger, no condiments and 2 napkins in bag. Very disappointing having to eat a dry burger.

I generally visit for breakfast. I like that this particular location serves breakfast on the weekends until 12pm! A place where you can buy biscuits and gravy is a great place indeed! Their hamburgers and other offerings are tasty, too.

Spent almost $40 and the meat on the burgers was dry, there were no condiments and the lettuce was really bad, as usual.

There was just two people working this store. They need help. They gave us great food, but I felt for them working so hard.

So disgusting! A waste of $25, for sure! The chicken tenders were so hard you couldn't eat them! The burger was burnt, with wilted lettuce, and smelled horrible! And all of it was cold! The only thing that was ok was the honey mustard, which we ate with food that we cooked ourselves! Their excuse for food went straight in the garbage!

The worst ever! Sandwiches are made very very sloppy! Had to throw my sandwich away! Wouldn’t recommend going waste about 5 in gas and go to any of the other Hardee’s in lake city! Trust and believe

I just went here through the drive through and ordered FOUR bacon egg and cheese biscuits. It was NOT busy, and Dawn C.took our order. I was missing 1 biscuit sandwich from my order. I am VERY disappointed that my order was not fulfilled 100%.
It was good food, but this establishment needs to focus on being more mindful when completing orders.
I know as a consumer, I should have reviewed what I received in the bag to see if it matched my receipt, but in principal, consumers OUGHT NOT HAVE to worry about doing so. It is contrary to what 'customer service' truly stands for.

Pretty bad food. Only stopped because we are traveling. I hate fast-food so I'm probably not the person to ask.

A classic spot, weekly local hot rod car meet on Friday evening's. Loved hanging out with my ol man
