Hardee’s, Lake Alfred FL

It's 517 am the restaurant not even open despite having its business hours posted as 500 am. What time do they really open its ridiculous. I'm leaving now still not open

I got some cinnamon and raison biscuits. They were dried out and tasted like they were from the day before. Not enjoyable as I thought they would be. Service was great, the guy at the drive through was great and had a great attitude. So that made it worthwhile.

I love their food. The smallest burger is huge. And it's a real beef patty. Thick. Fries are better than the other places also. And I think they are actually cheaper than Mc.and BK. Way better food and prices. Proportions are way bigger also.

Workers playing around service not good. Sandwich was burnt hard chicken sandwich the french fries were very good and drink was okay.

The lobby was clean. The food was hot fresh and quick with a good customer service. Thanks to employee. Lakeshia S

Store & Restroom were clean. Your mushroom Swiss burger is my favorite, never disappoints

Good food, for fast food, but they always seem understaffed and wait times are way too long, especially during peak times. Almost every time I order through the drive through, I have to pull to the side and wait for the order to be brought out. Staff also needs to be better trained on customer interactions.

Would have given 0 stars but had to give at least 1 star to enter review. Went to drive thru, while trying to order the girl could not get the order straight. She would jump from item to item, back to first item, then got an attitude when we had to keep repeating our order. Hardee’s will never get our business based on this visit. Like Alfred Hardee’s do better!

The food was hot and pretty good. The person who took our order was judlst hanging outside, and we had to wait a few min for them to wander back in. A very I dont want to be here attitude, which I guess is fair.

Excited to pass a Hardee's, I hadn't eaten since the morning before and had my mouth ready for the Frisco breakfast sandwich with an extra fried egg. I asked them to cut it in half. I pulled around and parked so they could bring my hour food out. Upon checking there was almost no meat on the sandwich and it wasn't cut in half. I went inside, showed them and asked for it to be done over. They called Mgt from the back who said "there's 4 pcs of meat on there. They just didn't spread it out". Rather than fix it, that's the response I got. I decided to ask for a refund. She asked for my receipt b/c the way the girl rang it in drive thru and the way she rang it, yielded 2 different totals! I left frustrated and hungry. One of the employees said "you might as well let her keep it since we just find throw it away anyway. " Just know.they didn't.

I will never eat here again. Food just tasted bad and the fries was definitely cooked in old grease

The only reason I gave two stars was due to the great customer service I received. Quick, convenient, friendly. Food…. Not good. Greasy and it was later in the day so maybe it had been sitting a while. I’ll give breakfast a try bc I have heard good things.

Seems a rare thing these days to go into a fast food place and actually see plenty of workers behind the counter. Not only did they seem fully staffed, but everyone we interacted with were extremely friendly

Breakfast is typically hot and delicious. Biscuits are so good! Always one of our favorite spots to stop on our various trips

The one in Lake Alfred has been consistsntly good. The young man at the window was very nice and cordial

I only buy there roast beef… when it’s on sale there so expensive at regular price. But overall it’s a good place to eat

We were there for lunch today 2/14 person behind the counter was going thru a stack of coin collection folders totally ignored us we waited about 8 minutes I made a loud comment about it and we left not going back ever

Great location. Fast service, hot food and the order was accurate.
Glad they are there since it's one of the only fast food places in the area.
