When my mom passed away very early in the morning they came right away to the care home and were very polite and courteous and allowed us time to say our good-byes. When making her arrangements at the funeral home they were very helpful in contacting the funeral home in Michigan to make sure all the necessary paperwork was completed. The funeral directors were very compassionate and caring during our time of sorrow in making many decisions. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Harden Pauli’s staff is. I have had to bury three family members since 2018 with them and they were great with our family each time. Thank you for your generosity, compassion and support during those rough times.

Our mom had no specific plans in place for her memorial service prior to her passing. We met with Mark at Harden/Pauli and he graciously walked us through a long list of options. We had the service at the funeral home and it worked out nicely with the 100+ family and friends that showed up. We were allowed to put up several large photographs and the grand piano and organ at the funeral home were put to good use. Harden/Pauli made it easy for us to focus on our family and not be distracted by the details and paperwork that go on behind the scenes. We are very pleased with the final results.

After my mom passed, I contacted Harden-Pauli for her cremation and obituary. Her service and interment would be in south Georgia. They were on top of it and made sure I was aware of all I would need paperwork wise for her ashes. I would highly recommend them!
