Harmon on the Lake, Apopka FL

Apartments and all amenities are alright.only thing that disgust me is the dog park, it has dog poop everywhere. Looks like people don't like to pick up there dog poop after they finish doing there business. I would like management to do something about it, I think my dog and I deserve a clean and awesome environment to have some time together and not be stepping on dog poop all the time.

Brittany and Taryn have made the process of moving in and brining my emotional support animal home with us so smooth. We love how friendly and helpful they are. And how willing they are to answer any of our questions. The community is so calm and beautiful. I definitely would recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you again Brittany and Taryn for your kindness and help. We appreciate you.

I moved here early September and its been amazing. I had several options for apartments but this one always came on top, it had everything we wanted. Maintenance has been great at solving all the little problems and are super friendly. I even had some maintenance bring up our daughters bed frame that got delivered without a complaint which was very nice. The staff are very welcoming and its very family friendly here which i love.definitely recommend.

Love the team here! The property looks amazing and is very close to Lake Apopka which I love! There is also a park nearby if you want to picnic or just get out the house for a minute. Community has a peaceful aura to it, so happy I chose to live here!

I moved in during the summer when they first opened. The price point was similar to the other apartment buildings in the area with the added benefit of being brand spanking new and offering more room (I'm in the 1/1, no patio). It's also just a beautiful property inside the apartments and out.

The issues I've had have been minor and are typical of newly cleared land and new developments (i.e. Bugs, improving the seals on the door). Stopping into the office and expressing my concerns, things were addressed in a timely fashion.

I enjoy the amenities that are currently available (gym, pool, grills, clubhouse) and am excited about the fire pit once able to be used.

One major, yet simple, hit is the coffee/hot chocolate machine. As we get new people the staff had to keep up with the need for supplie at a faster rate. One particular time their order was cancelled so they went out to Publix so we could continue using the amenity. It's a small thing but that was a big action. And I appreciated it as a person that tries to grab coffee about 4 times a week.

Taryn, Brittany, and Liz have been communicative, empathetic, and personable. Personally, I like that in a small community.

Also, special shout out to Billy who takes care of us on maintenance! I introduced myself to him in passing one day and he has addressed me by name since.

Moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The entire staff is so sweet and have been nothing but helpful throughout the entire move in process. Taryn and Elizabeth are the kindest of people and strive to make this place feel like home. Maintenance has also been top notch, solving any concerns within just a day or so. The apartments feel spacious and are aesthetically beautiful. Also the sunsets here? 10/10!

We been here about a month. My kids love it! The pool is awesome. There’s a a game room/party area. Theres a coffee machine for every morning at the pool house, and today was extra Awesome Chick fil A while we where leaving the parking lot for all residents.

I believe the complex opened in June 2023, and we started our lease at the end of July.
The application process: Although I do realize this is probably the normal screening process for Florida, we did have trouble with their portal. Paystubs have to be submitted via a secure portal. However, my paystubs could not be accepted on the portal since they are password encrypted. Since they want everything submitted via the portal, I had to submit my bank stubs which is a lot of personal information to submit online. Once that was out of the way, it was smooth sailing.
I called Taryn CONSTANTLY, and she so was helpful. Never once got annoyed or impatient. She is always friendly and smiley.

POOL: The grounds are very lovely and well kept. The pool area feels like a resort in the caribbean. The pool and surrounding areas are kept immaculate. They have plenty of seating, 2 bbq grills and a fire pit and even some games. This is a favorite hang out spot for us.

The clubhouse main room is very large and updated. Large screen tv (looks like a 75 inch or larger), billiards, scrabble and even a kitchen area. It's a nice room for a get together.

GYM: The gym is updated, I've never used it but I need to lol.

COFFEE: There is a high end coffee machine in the lobby area of the clubhouse. I've only used it a handful of times but it seems super popular. I think they didn't realize how popular this would be, sometimes they are out of cups or coffee but the girls stay on top of getting everything refilled. My son is a big fan of the hot chocolate.

NEW BUILD - Since these are all new buildings, we've had some hiccups but this is expected with a new build (wasp nests, bugs, and other minor issues). The insects drive me crazy but literally this was their home before it was mines lol.
They have a portal where you can log your maintenance issues and its the best thing ever. Shout out to Billy and his helper! They are soooo responsive! Even when I am super dramatic over the insects, he is super professional.

APARTMENT - We are in a 2 bed/2bath. Compared to all the other new builds around here, the units here are BY FAR larger than any other place we've been to. Our apartment is HUGE and has tons of storage. The kitchen has high end appliances and the master closet is MASSIVE. Honestly its like the size of a bedroom.

Overall, we love it here. We hope to be here for a couple years.
Much thanks to all the staff for all their help and making our transition from New york to Florida much easier.

Update as of 9/15/23
This apartment is everything! The amount of friendliness in the leasing office, to the maintenance team is such a great and pleasant experience. Brittany & Taryn has helped us tremendously with any questions or concerns we had. Billie the head maintenance and his team is extremely helpful as well. We had some flooring and paint jobs that had minor issues when we moved and they came and fixed it right away. Communication has been really good as well and they really care about their residents. The community is also kept really clean and well maintained. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone to call home.

Just toured this apartment complex yesterday and we fell inlove. Such a nice open concept, the staff is also very nice and welcoming. Brittany was our leasing agent and she went above and beyond sending me videos of the apartment as well as explaining everything to me over the phone and email the day before my tour. We had originally applied for another apartment but after seeing this yesterday, we came home and applied right away and now just waiting on results. Can't wait to call this place our new home and it's such a plus that it's a new community and that we'd be the very first person to live in the apartment which is wild. The prices are also reasonable for it being a new apartment and it's honestly a dream apartment for us. Definitely recommend checking them out. Hoping that our experience will be great all throughout our stay.

This is a beautiful complex and I love living here. All the staff at the front are very nice and understanding, all of our questions and concerns get addressed immediately which id greatly appreciated.

Toured the property it was gorgeous everything I am looking for in an apartment! Very clean and well kept, Staff is amazing so welcoming!

Fell in love with this community as soon as I set foot from day one when I had a tour. Brittany and Taryn were so helpful and cheerful that the process of all the paperwork was a lot easier and less stressful. Honestly I have looked for apartments around the area that fits my family needs and Harmon on the Lake is by the far the most open, and spacious apartment we found. Also the largest sq ft we found as well. Interiors of the apartment and amenities are amazing. Doesn’t feel claustrophobic like some other apartment complexes with low ceilings. The gym and the pool is phenomenal. The aesthetics are amazing for the price. All the staff at harmon on the lake are very helpful and they always have smiles on their faces. Shout out to maintenance team as well. They keep this place neat. Love it.

Brittany Torres from the leasing office has been amazing from the start! And, I have to also give a shout out to Taryn and Liz. They have been welcoming and so helpful throughout the entire process- from touring to moving in. Billy, from maintenance, deserves recognition as well! What a team! And, I love that they are planning monthly socials for the community.

The building is brand new and so quiet. I am able to see the most beautiful sunsets. I definitely feel safe. They are a new property who is still in development, but I see it coming together more and more every day!

This apartment complex is beautiful and the staff are beyond extravagant and nice. The pool area is gorgeous with the zero entrance pool, hammocks, and gas grills to use. I love the fact they will have a doggy park and hammock garden in the community. The area is nice and quiet and you can see the huge lake of Apopka in the horizons. It's beautiful. If you guys are looking for a NEW, NICE place to live in Apopka that has near access to the major hwys with incredible amenities THIS IS IT!

I moved about 2 months ago, and I am happy I did. The girls in the office are wonderful and pleasant. Great place to call home!
