My coworkers and I love this nail salon. We went because it was close to our office. We all kept going despite having moved from the area. They are professional. The manis last long time, the price is right. Very clean. Highly recommend it.

They did a super horrible job on my nails. Its makes me aggrivated and cry at the same time. Its so horrible even my boyfriend cant stand seeing my nails. Ill never go back to do my nails here ill choose to pay more money rather than feeling horrible the whole day and having a very bad day. There are times that i cant move my fingers coz theres too many cuts on it and its very swollen. Big thumbs down on this place. I am very upset you guys have no idea

The price is awesome. The people are nice but clearly not actual nail techs.
Don’t let the good deal fool you. You get what you pay for. My nails were so bad both times (had to try twice because the price and people) and after the second time I actually got a nail infection from going and that has never happened. Sadly I won’t be going back.

Just recently moved to Miami and decided to try this place for the first time! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! As she did my nails she hurt me multiple times with the drill. I complained to management and they didn’t care. The nail polish looks old! I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME HERE! The prices are too much to have to deal with the staff talking about you in Spaniah

This nail salon has cheap gel polish that chips in 3 days. The front managers (1 male and 1 female) have the worst customer service skills! After explaining about the polish chipping, he was very defensive. Never attempted to accommodate me. I wasn't looking for anything free. But they dismissed me and hung up on me. So yes, believe the negative reviews and go elsewhere. Service, management and product get

I’ve been a client for a year after switching from another salon and am so happy I did! The service is great, the place is clean, and I get a great result every time. It’s a one stop shop. I get my hair styled, mani/pedi and eyebrows done here. Hands down best value and service in midtown. No long waits either!

I give two (2) stars instead of one because Stylist tried doing a good job with the products on hand.

Stylist and I spent 10 minutes choosing a shade from the two color charts salon carries. I wanted a darker color than the color i came in with. We went back and forth between the brands of color available. I was mislead when I made appointment what products they have: I was told Goldwell. Management says he never said Goldwell but Schwartzkoft. He didn’t have Schwartzkoft either. So we settled on a color 6 from a color chart: ‘Professional Salon’ something.this was the time for stylist to advise I needed a darker shade in hair because the shampoo she’d use after botox would lighten hair considerably.

The color came out lighter and botox looked fine immediately after job. But after I washed hair a couple of days, my head had a bunch of curls even when I blew dried hair.

Harmony salon is unprofessional and management is not courteous. Management interrupts customer why customer is unhappy with job. The stylist is afraid and doesn’t admit she forgot to advise client Hair would get lighter while selecting color.

That’s all owner had to hear ‘she advised’ to squirm out of guaranteeing job.

The stylist agreed to me while he went to answer phone job needed to refresh botox.

When management got back he said ‘no hair look fine it got shine, got no freeze, botox doesn't take curls out. ’

Poor business judgment to shrug off a guarantee for a couple of tens of dollars that a retouch would have cost. Poor business judgment Management demands you to mosey in salon at his convenience not yours so he looks at job, in between dashing to front desk to answer lines. L

I called three salons in area and all offer a 30 days guarantee on express botox and express Brazilean keratin. I was advised by True Hair that if I want no curls to do an express brazilean Keratin instead of Express Botox. The owner is a hair stylist and the consultation was fine over the phone.

This is my second time in this salon! First Time I did keratin with a stylist who doesn’t work there. It looked great a couple of weeks. I didn’t return to complain as I was too busy.

I love it here. Very busy make sure you make an appointment. The owner and wife are. Very friendly. As long as you dont get the sometimes receptionist who is rude the place and service is awesome

I've been here 3 times for a keratine treatment and I DO like their service and products. The owner doesn't know me personally and he's always willing to find a place for me. The keratin they use is so good that my long hair is still shine and strong after going into the ocean every week. Today I trimmed my ends and the lady respected my length and performance a professional job.

Decent job on full highlights but the keratin treatment left me frizzy after I washed my hair a week later. When I called the manager Leo told me he could do nothing for me since it was passed 2-3 days. He was very dismissive and offered NO resolution, keep in mind I paid over $300 out of pocket, no groupon. Aside from that I like the highlights but will not be returning again. You're better off searching for a place who has better customer service and quality assurance.

If I can give 0 start I will. I went for a keratin and had to come back two days later because it was horrible! And no straight at all! My hair has lost shine! Horrible costumer service, unprofessional staff! Oh! Also, they told me they didnt My hair well because they were taking care of another costumer because she was very rude and picky (off course without app)

This was the sloppiest gel manicure I have ever had. Like there is paint all over the side of my nails and my skin is stained and there is nothing they can do other than redo the entire thing. The staff does not speak English so they had a customer translate for yhrn, and when they called the owner to ask about me paying half price he/she said no. So, consider yourself forewarned. I paid $26 for a gel manicure that I need to get redone ASAP.

There is a lady who works there (white longgggg hair) who thinks she owns the world. She provides 0 customer service and for some reason the owner has her at the front working at the register.
I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with her on a daily basis.
While I was getting my keratin treatment applied to my hair, she walked up to the employee and said "Apurate, because I am not going to be here all night".
Funny that she thought I didn't hear her.
In regards to the product used on my hair. It absolutely FRIED my hair.
Never. EVER. Going back!
