Harp Pediatric Dentistry - Seminole

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. They couldn't pull my child's tooth because it's an adult toot and they say they couldn't do it and would text me a list of other providers because I explained that I could find no one else to take our insurance. I waited 1 week for that text and instead I received a email and text to do this review for them. Guess it was auto sent since they seem to have forgotten about us

They changed our appointment time from 9: 20 to 8: 20 and they want to do one cavity at a time. It’s an insurance scam.

Visit was ok was a little bit aggravated not at the fact my son and I waited over an hour and a half but the fact that nobody felt it was necessary to at least let us know there was going to be a long wait and give me the option to stay or reschedule. I felt as though they didn’t respect my time or us as patients to just let us know instead of me having to ask what was going on after the first 40 mins of being there

He went in with a toothache, had cleaning and X-ray, still has the toothache and appt to fix the tooth isn't until June

Awesome. Incredible with the kids and Very communicative with the parents. Can't say enough good things about this place.

It is always a great experience coming into your office. The staff is friendly and very pleasant. Everything is explained to me before they do any type of service is done and I think that is wonderful. Thanks for having us as your patient.

It was a pretty good experience for the most part and they were very patient with my daughter who was a bit nervous. I did have some issues with scheduling, but other than that it went well. I’m also glad that they make their way to Seminole so I don’t have to drive so far.

Always very friendly! My daughter loves going to the dentist! I wish you had a location in St. Pete!

I would like to take the opportunity for thanking Harp Dental for a great experience with my grandson. He was nervous they made him feel so welcome and comfortable. We were a few minutes late and that didn't matter they said no problem. Everyone had a smile on their faces. They were so genuinely caring and considerate and I cannot tell you what a great experience you will have with Harp Dental of Seminole

Such an amazing office! Wonderful staff, and Doctor Mark is the best! My 16 yr old and 5 yr old love him. That mean’s loving the Dentist!

We tried going to a different “pediatric” dentist a year ago and my son was very upset by the X-rays… fast forward to yesterday at Harp, it was amazing. No tears! I am so thankful. If I could give more stars I would.

Um nope it wasn’t a good experience! We received numerous texts to confirm our daughter’s teeth cleaning check-up at The Seminole office. We show up with our daughter and no one is there. Now we have to wait until April to have her teeth cleaned because this practice messed up. We are going to be going elsewhere from now on.

My son has special needs and this office is amazing! Dr Marc is absolutely top notch! Brynn worked amazingly with my son. The care and personalized attention that they give is unparalleled! They genuinely care and it absolutely shows. I recommend this office to EVERYONE who will listen! Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving my son a safe place and treating him like he matters and not just a number!
