Tony and Eric did a good job. Both worked very efficiently and were very clear and helpful explaining how to use the heat pump and thermostat. Prior to the installation, Marcus was very helpful by explaining the various options we had. He even offered to answer questions over the weekend!

Jason is a fine technician, very thorough and very ready to answer any questions.
We would have him here again should we need to have maintenance or repairs done.
