Harry P Leu Gardens reviews
15Beautiful property for a stroll. Would love to see a wine or art walk someday. I did hear it’s open for food/picnics. Gift shop and cafe coming soon. Not sure what entry fee is but membership worth a few visits.
This was such a lovely place. The gardens were beautiful and so was the house. We really enjoyed our tour and time here!
Beautiful Botanical Garden with Historic Home offering tours. Mondays is free admittance. Classes are a hit or miss, but the events are great. Movie nights, Jazz' n Blues Stroll, Annual Plant Sale, all worth attending.
Really beautiful space located just outside Orlando. We came to see the Dinosaur Exhibit at Leu Gardens and we were really impressed.
This is an amazing hidden gem in Orlando. They have seasonal events, however you can go anytime of the year for a wonderful outdoor experience. Many paths to walk down and enjoy all that florida has to offer with so many varieties of trees, flowers, and exotic plants. Fun for a family outing.great idea to bring visitors from out of town. Just a great spot with lots of history and beauty
I was very impressed with the gardens it was beautiful and I was amazed by some of the plants. They’re were remarkable. Highly recommend.
Really beautiful space located just outside Orlando. We came to see the Dinosaur Exhibit at Leu Gardens and we were really impressed. The gardens were very well maintained, easy to navigate, and great signage located around the property. There was enough shade to escape the afternoon Florida sun and wide walking paths around. Really enjoyed the quality of the dinosaurs and information located about each. We found numerous animals from grasshoppers, birds, snakes, and insects and really enjoyed our time there.
Beautiful Gardens. Nice outside attraction with beautiful views and so much to see. It is a little pricey for what it is and know that it is hot (no breeze inside the gardens) so come prepared.
I loved the serene paths the Gardens had. There were several walking trails and places to sit and just breathe.
Everything is well organized. You can see lots of different plants here, enjoy, relax and communicate with nature. Wonderful botanical garden!
Beautiful place! Every time we come to visit we have to stop in to see the humongous monsteras and all the other beautiful plants.
We enjoyed our visits of the gardens immensely! Not only the plants themselves were great, we also enjoyed seeing amazing wildlife: cardinals, an anhinga, a barred owl, several squirrels, the monarch butterflies etc. Due to the profusion of benches you could sit quietly and admire the prettiest spots in the garden. Huge thanks to the lady who showed us around the house! I'd we ever come back to Florida we'll visit the gardens again.
I'll start this off by saying im not a garden person. I go because it's my gfs hobby, and that's about it. I actually loved this place. It was truly amazing, and i will be coming back. You have to see it for yourself. It's a fairly small walk. Maybe an hour and a half to 2 hour walk to see everything, and when we went, they had dinosaurs there that were expertly done, really looked real. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for an experience like this.
Visited the gardens today to see the dinosaurs, if your child likes dinosaurs then they will like this place. Takes around 30mins to see them all, would have spent longer here but it was very hot and humid. Gardens look very nice, not as large as Bok Tower gardens but makes for a nice morning.
Beautiful place! Every time we come to visit we have to stop in to see the humongous monsteras and all the other beautiful plants. Come check it out! Bring an umbrella or hat to stay cool if you go on a hot day like we did
