Harry's Grill reviews
15Excellent service, friendly, nice atmosphere. Our waitress was very good and knew the menu well. The burgers are indeed amazing. If you like blue cheese, recommend that as your cheese. The fish tacos were great. Try it before putting on salsa. Easy 5 stars across the board.
This is our second year coming to the island. Had a chance to check this restaurant out. Glad we came here. We had a great time, the food was delicious and the live music was great.
Showed up at 8: 45 tonight and was told thst they are closing the kitchen when we told them we had a party of 6, eventhough their site said there kitchen closes at 9: 30.
I had the prime rib and pineapple upside down cake. The food was ridiculously good, crisp asparagus, hearty portion of meat cooked to perfection and the dessert was warm, light and flavorful. Excellent ambiance sitting outside as live music played. Gorgeous view. Fast and curteous service, and the chef walked around and said hello. I was TOTALLY impressed. I'll definitely be dining here more during my vacation this week. Yummy!
Heard a lot about this place so we stopped in for dinner while vacationing on the island. Wife and I both had their famous burger and a couple drinks. Food was great and we ate on outdoor patio with live music. Fun place that I would recommend.
Very limited menu even tho website showed a lot more. Food was quite below average and pricey for what you get. We were party of six and they added gratuity as a large party. The one and only upside is being able to eat outside. I reserved seating online and they had only 5: 15 or 7: 30 available. We took 5: 15 and they were wide open the whole time we were there. I gave them a 2nd chance and again they failed! Will not return.
The onion rings were fantastic, along with the Harry's sauce. All of the other items we ordered were average at best. Fish tacos lacked flavor, catch of the day whelmed but was overpriced, Pork loin overcooked, garden salad was iceberg with diced tomatoes, onions and shredded cheddar. Probably a cool place to sit, drink a beer, and talk to locals inside.
Great Sunday morning breakfast. And it's free! They do a casual Sunday morning worship service with free brunch. It may sound a bit strange, but it is really well done. We were comfortable and really enjoyed it. They were very welcoming! You should definitely give it a try! "Church Island Style. "
We really enjoyed the breakfast burrito and the breakfast bacon tacos. The scrambled eggs and pancakes were good too.
Elissa was such a great server very sweet and image was checking on our party often. Thank you for the great food end service.
Not too busy, sat quickly outside, server was quick and ready for my order. She also had some great ideas for island hot spots. Burger was hot, fresh, and done as requested. Fries were excellent and seasoned very nicely.
Would definitely recommend as a restaurant to eat at.
The menu is somewhat limited. We had 3 mahi mahi dinners. The fish tasted slightly dry and tough. We also had a shrimp taco, that was cooked nicely.
The atmosphere inside is bar like, outside is fun with music.
Our waitress was friendly.
So I understand that being on anna maria island that the food is gonna be a little more expensive than inland places. But our bill for “5” people was $135. They count 5 people as a large party that was 20 dollars on-top of the food. The food was good but the portions were not there. Took a while to get our food and the waiter dropped our food in the back so they had to remake two of the meals and didn’t even give us a discount for having to wait even longer for the food. The waiter smelled like booze. I did speak to the manager and they took the large party surcharge off but for 4 adults and 1 child i feel this place is not one i will return to. Definitely overpriced. Hardly anything that they have on the menu is under 20 dollars for a meal.
Great service, great atmosphere, live music was awesome. The food was just okay though. The wait was only 30 minutes, better than places around which is why we tried it the last nights. Fish tacos were pretty good. Calamari was fresh and the marinara was really good. But the "Award winning" cheese burger was a dry overcooked hockey puck that needed a lot more to be called award winning.
Fun dinner joint with lively music, friendly staff, and great food. We went on Saxy Saturday and Pamela was fantastic, playing all the crowd’s requests and then some. It was a busy weekend night but service was excellent. Some of the best onion rings I’ve had, and the brussel sprouts changed my life. A must-visit every year!
