Harry's Pizzeria, Coconut Grove FL

Dropped in to this place to pick up a quick pepperoni pizza for my hungry kids. My assumption was that they would be able to take a walk-in order and turn out a pizza to-go pretty quickly. This is apparently not possible on a Sunday - make sure you have no other plans when you go to eat here.

I was in the front bar area watching thier only pizza-maker work - I heard the waiter indicate to another diner that they were short staffed. 20 minutes in, I asked for an ETA. Waiter indicated 10 minutes, which was clearly not true. The pizza-maker had finished a number of pizzas at this point, and then just stopped making new orders.

20 minutes later, staring at empty ovens, I had to walk out. There was absolutely nothing happening indicating that my order was even in the works. I asked the waiter and manager to cancel my order and refund me, they did not do so. I’m only out 45 minutes and $20 or so, and while I have no idea how the pizza tastes, I left with a bad taste in my mouth.

For those who come here and order a non-meat pizza, be warned that I did not see them use different pizza cutters between different orders.

Don't know why there are so many good reviews. First strike was rude staff. I walked in and asked for a table and they rudedly gestured to the tables. Food was just not good. Mozzarella sticks were fried but the inside wasn't melted. Prosciutto and Honey pizza had a hint of cheese and the rest was bread. The four cheese and spinach tasted only of frozen spinach. Wouldn't go again

Best pizza anywhere in Miami! Great happy hour with drinks and pizza. Vegan pizza was amazing.

Ordered 2 pizzas online and came to pick up at the specified time only to be told it would be another hour because they had all the tables to serve.

I will say, Harry’s pizzeria is beyond superb! From when you are being seated to the service …. Then …. The food! From salad to mozz sticks to my favorite the Hot Honey pizza. F ING DELICIOUS!

Service was good but, the quality was poor, we ordered a Three cheese and Spinach, there was not Spinach and the Pizza had more crust than Cheese.

In my 58 years of live never had a pizza so good and my wife she from Brooklyn this better

The servers were not the nicest. The pizza tasted like cheeze it, and don’t get me wrong, I love cheeze it’s, but it was not the vibe, lol

Worst dining experience. Average food, bad service and rude staff. Would recommend to avoid and try the Mister O1 across the street instead

Best Pizza I have ever had! Sausage pizza was heavenly. Beer on top [IPA local brew] was especially good! Been here twice and seems to get better. Happy hour deals fill the place and people watching is awsome!

One of the best pizzas in south Florida. The classic pepperoni is great. The happy hour (1/2 off pizzas) can’t be beat.

For years we are visiting this place. For my family it has always been a place of enjoyment and I have gone there to take our 3 children. We really don't understand what has happened to that place since the last time we were. Horrible and rude service, shame it had more than 4 tables and the people who served us looked stressed.the wings were salty and dry, the three pizzas we ordered were dry, cold with no taste. I remember the young Latino manager who was always attentive to the tables and the quality, he always treated us with great affection.really a disappointment and for us it was a very special place.por años estamos visitando este lugar.para mi familia siempre ha sido un lugar de disfrute y ido tal para llevar nuestro 3 hijos.realmente no entendemos que ha pasado con ese lugar desde la última vez que estuvimos.el servicio horroroso y grosero, pena tenía más de 4 mesas y las personas que nos atendieron se veían estresados.los wings estaban salados y secos, las tres pizzas que ordenamos estaban secas, frías sin sabor.recueros el manager latino joven que siempre estaba atentos a las mesas y a la calidad, siempre nos atendía con mucho cariño.realmente una decepción y para nosotros era un sitio muy especial.

The pizza is pretty delicious here and the service is some of the best. I recommend trying them out and make sure you order enough for the whole family.

Pizza was really good. Staff was not very friendly though. We ate there about 30 mins before closing so they may have just had a long day so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Extremely rude staff, subpar service. They didn’t bring out the pizza for 40mins, then told us “that’s how pizzas work. They are made to order” and the server had the worst attitude. Ended us walking out of the restaurant. Would really urge management to look into this. Worst restaurant experience ever.

Half-price pizza (and beer and wine half-off too!) for Friday night happy hour? I'm in!

The white pizza was good, but ratings improved with a side cup of red sauce for dipping- totally yummy! My dining mates gave positive reviews for the spicy pepperoni pie and the mushroom pizza, too.

Yep, I'm already planning my next half off visit. Woot!

Had a great dinner with Mike as our server. The food was great but the services was even better!

Decided to gove this a go since it was Wednesday and 1/2 price pizzas and wine bottles. Let me tell you, one of the best pizzas I have had in a while! Fresh ingredients- I sat down and asked the waitress to order for me, as I liked all pizzas. She went for the Mushroom Truffle pizza. Incredible! Sat outside listening to the live sax while people watching. Will be back.

Great pizza, try the Mushroom Truffle Pizza it is amazing. Also, the salad Harry’s chopped is delicious. Higly recommended pizza and salad restaurant
