Love this place always go to Harry's when in town our service was amazing the food is always excellent

Our food was cold and half our party was served and done eating before we received appetizers. Manager was informed but couldn't be bothered to speak with us. Never again.

Came in on a Wedneaday night about 8: 30 there was a small wait, the hostesses were very cordial. Restaurant staff was nice and accommodating. This venue is a house turned into restaurant with patio seating under beautiful trees. They had a man playing the guitar and it was so romantic for me and my fiance. Although, it can also be just a casual dining experience. The food was phenomenal. I had a blackened red fish with crab meat ontop. Superb!

Seeing the holiday lights from the 2nd floor balcony was a wonderful experience and a great Christmas gift from my friend. The bourbon salmon was exceptional as were the fried green tomatoes.

Love the food but there seating arrangement is very off-putting. Had we known, we wouldn't have traveled 1 hour to get here

30 minute wait to get on a list for an hour long wait for a restaurant with at least 25 open tables.everyone working is busy and yet nothing happens. Food is passable at best. (100 percent not worth the wait.) If you have time to kill this is the place to do it, if you hungry.plan on be that way for a hour or so.

First time.quite impressive. Lunch crowd packed the place, but that didn't impede the timeliness of our food orders. Kitchen staff are amazing

I got scallops and shrimp on fried grits. Scallops and shrimp were good, if a small portion. Fried grits were okay. Spouse got red fish blackened w crab on top - nice portion, really good. Son got grouper, also quite good. Nice out door patio, too.

I was in town visiting family went to see the Christmas lights and someone recommended this place. You will not be disappointed, amazing fantastic service the food is out of this world. Will definitely come back when we are back in town!

So, first time in Saint Augustine. Tried this place out today and was disappointed. First, the hostess had a chronic cough that was brought up to the managers attention. Manager told me that hostess was vaccinated and didn't do anything about it. Vaccinated people still get sick and can be contagious. Shouldn't be working at restaurant with a chronic cough. Second, the Grouper I ordered was not fresh.

We arrived just after 5pm and the patio was already full on a Thursday night. The wait was about 25 min. Had a cup of (award winning) She Crab soup and it was amazing! Entree of salmon over a salad for me, filet for him. Both delicious. When we left, the line was down the block. They don’t make reservations so plan accordingly.

We arrived early evening as a group of 6 to have dinner and was handed a paging device with notice that it would be approximately an hour wait. The waiting area was moderately packed and as time went on, the line arriving after us grew significantly. 30 minutes into waiting we inquired where on the list we were and that we will have a little wait ahead of us.

Just short of two hours after arriving we had realized only one other group of 6 who had arrived way after us was left waiting. A line no longer existed, because everyone else had already been seated. This group is then seated before us as well.

I can only rationally think of two scenarios that had occurred this evening. Either the numbered paging device was malfunctioning and we did not receive our signal to be seated or our group of 5 minorities + 1 was racially discriminated against. You decide, but we returned the device at that moment and left.

We absolutely love this place. We drive a little over an hour just to eat. And well worth it. Disappointed they didn't bring the eggplant back for the holiday but pleased with the food and service anyway. Hopefully next year they will bring it back.

Inconsistent food wise. Staff can be clueless in managing seating & waitstaff does the bare minimum - forgetting to bring our sides, agreeing when the jambalaya had too much spice to even eat yet not offering to switch the dish despite seeing we ate hardly any. Shame on us for paying & not seeing a manager.
It’s no wonder it’s consistently busy with tourists but not locals of St Augustine!

After ordering we ended up waiting almost 45 minutes before the manager told us our ticket got misplaced and we ended up having to take our food to go.

We have been in St Augustine several times and finally had a chance to dine at Harry's and had a wonderful time. Service was fantastic and only outshined by the meal. Well worth the wait that we had.

Dinner was amazing, DELICIOUS! Friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere. We will definitely return on our next vacation from CT.

One of my most favorite restaurants in St. Augustine. Amazing food and even better service. Love sitting in their open court yard. I usually try to get there early around opening during the week days. Usually a wait after that. Long wait on weekends, super long wait on weekend nights. Wish they took reservations.
