Troy was amazing. After having a HORRIBLE experience with another appliance repair company, I was so happy we called Hartman’s Appliance. Troy was super knowledgeable, honest and direct. I will definitely call them again the next time we need appliance work done.

Scheduling was easy and the texting updates were spot on. Troy arrived promptly as stated and was awesome. He was polite and informative. While the prognosis wasn’t good for my elderly stackable set, he gave me some good options. And I appreciated that he called off the second guy (which would have been additional diagnosis fees) when he realized that it wasn’t needed in this situation.

There was a very quick turn around time from when I called for the original request. They worked with my schedule and even came earlier than the appointment, though he called ahead of time to make sure it worked with my schedule. Troy was polite, knowledgeable, transparent, and gave me genuine advice. I would recommend this company to anyone and would absolutely use them again in the future.

I had a great experience with Hartman's. The technician, Troy, came out early and was able to figure out the problem quickly. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had to wait a couple of days for parts to arrive, but didn't take any time at all for Troy to fix. He was able to show up a bit early again, and called beforehand. Was an overall great experience.

Hartman's Appliance sent a brand new technician - Troy - to my home to fix my Frigidaire Refrigerator and he did an awesome job! They called on the day of the repair and offered to come early, showed up, and got the job done. And Troy was respectful and worked clean - it was a job really well done. I am happy to have found Hartman's and recommend them highly!

Hartman’s was very responsive to my inquiry when my dishwasher was tripping my circuit breaker. They accommodated my availability and scheduled a time convenient for me. The repairman, Marcus, called when he was on his way. In fact, he was early which was great. He found the installation was not wired correctly and was able to complete the repair promptly and efficiently. Marcus cleaned up the work area and was very professional in his work ethic and completed the repair beyond my satisfaction.

The technician was extremely professional and I was happy with the service. If I need help in the future I will definitely call on you.
