Nice pier plenty of space. No fish cleaning station. I’m not an avid angler but caught mainly sail catfish and pin fish here. Other species I’m sure can be targeted. Areas near benches provide overhead tarps for shade.
We had a great time with some fantastic live music, and a cool sea breeze off the bay. Memorable in paradise!
Been fishing and grabbing bait here since the mid 2000's great bait and the store has improved over the years!
While I did not fish here, I did take a walk around this area one morning and it was very pleasant. You can watch boats, wildlife, and people all from one spot. Beautiful view with a slight breeze from the bay. Shaded areas with benches allow you to sit or stand and not get baked in the sun. It's not a huge area, but it's nice when you want to go somewhere not too crowded. You have a busy bridge just above you but you almost don't notice it.
Lovely spot to hang out. I only stopped by for a quick look with my daughter and we both enjoyed our time. We met a very friendly local and he shared tips on what type of fishes could be caught there. Dear sir, if you're reading this, thank you so much for your time and I hope you got that sheepshead to bite at the end.
Great place and super affordable, only bad thing was the man working the bait shop the morning of oct 23 didn't share the screen for me to approve transaction and tipped himself without asking
