Harvest & Grounds, Terminal G, Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport reviews
15Well, same old same, understaffed. I waited 30 min to get just coffee with 5 people in front of me in line. Please, someone, come up with an efficient system at the airport.
This place is trash. The ladies on shift at 7: 45pm on 11dec2023 were the worst.
Took them 5 mins to acknowledge my presence. They need to be sensitive to people's situations and understand there could only be a few mins before they have to board the flight and hence in a rush.
Also please see my receipt:)
I'd give this place ZERO stars!
This is one of the only bad reviews I have ever left and I almost didn’t leave it because they already have so many, but I honestly believe Harvest & Grounds needs another.
My girlfriend and I both ordered ham & cheese croissants, and a latte to share. The service was terrible. The lady was rude and visibly annoyed. The croissant is a freezer item, which is fine, but is heated to a lukewarm temperature and has a single slice of ham rolled up in the center (both were this way, see picture). The latte was bad, possibly the worst I’ve had. It was essentially a regular coffee with a ton of milk that wasn’t fully steamed.
The service team needs a lot of training on both customer service and coffee making, and the business needs to source better baked goods. Until this happens you absolutely need to steer clear, and Harvest & Grounds should feel bad about taking your money.
There was only 2 employee at 8 am… huge line, slow service. Please, add more personnel at least during rush hour
I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Bitter coffee, stale muffins - unfriendly counter person.
November 27,2023.
This place sells spoiled food. Someone should be checking the quality of the food. Wonder how many people did not noticed and got sick. We bought 2 sandwiches and when we open them in the plane, found mold all over them. Avoid this place.
$15 for a dry, pre-packaged sandwich. If you want any sustainable food and don’t want to feel like you’re throwing money away, eat at any other joint in the terminal.
The slowest places to get a coffee. Take like 30 min to get a coffee. There was a like of 40 people just waiting for the ladies to move. They are super slow. I've never seen people working that slow just in a coffe place
This place is located in the entrance of G gates, so it's well located.
The service is so bad, there was a person that doesn't even want to talk with customers about the products.
I stayed there because of the queue I thought it was good food, so I can support the girl for a while and get good food and coffee but I was wrong.
It's not fresh and the coffee isn't good, when I asked for any non-dairy option for the latte, they got rude.at the end I understood they only have cow milk
First of all probably the most expensive sandwiches whit almost rotten lettuce in it. Second of all there is an all menu but half of the items in there aren't available. The service is so slow for a place we're the biggest cooking they do is heating up in a microwave a two days old croissant. I would not recommend to anyone you better starve or wait for the barely better food in the airplane.
Coffee was as sour as the employee's attitude that assisted me. You can't peg everyone into a corner because of one person so I won't discredit the other employee. This was 7-8 dollars laté with no foam and ground that tasted like charcoal. It very much seems that if you take the low-budget flights, then the quality of the restaurants and stores follows. That's an FLL issue, maybe.
If you plan to eat or want some decent coffee, be ready to come early and hit up the other terminals, at least the one with the one Starbucks. Remember, I write as a lesson learned on my part and potential money savings on your part.
At the coffee shops i always try Latte with oatmilk. First time at Harvest&grounds Servers was polite, but i did not like the taste of coffee. Maybe it was not my type of apetite.
Saturday, July 15 2023 at 6: 48 pm. This woman working there is purely miserable. So unfriendly, mumbles so you can't hear her, she doesn't want to be there or work. As I was waiting to be next, the way she treated 2 people before me walked away without placing an order because of her attitude or they couldn't understand her. I got my cup of coffee and it was not fresh. I recommend that whomever owns this establishment needs to make some adjustments.
We stayed in line for over 30 minutes waiting and we had terrible service. 4 item $32 and my coffee was terrible. First and last time buying in this place.
The coffee was whatever, the pastries were stale (I got one of each chocolate and almond croissant) and none of it was worth the $ they charge. And the service…. Horrible. The employees clearly don’t want to be here. At 5: 30am there aren’t many other options around here. All around awful.
