I’ve only been to Dr. Hatch one time and he was fantastic. He listened to my problems, asked great questions & suggested a treatment plan to not just temporarily fix it but to try & help me long term.

I was treated by Dr. Hatch for Dupuytren's Contracture in my left hand. Having already had the standard Contracture surgery on my right hand (by a different Doctor), I did not want that procedure on my left hand. I started looking for a different approach and came upon Dr. Hatch's Band release procedure. Maribel (His assistant) explained the surgery to me and I was sold on it. I flew up from my home in Puerto Vallarta and it was one of the best medical experiences that I've had. Dr. Hatch and his staff are very professional and spent lots of time explaining, in detail, the procedure. No cutting, no scars and no hospital fees. One day post surgery and I could make a fist and straighten my fingers straight out. As a guitarist, I was very pleased with regaining my playing ability once again. I would highly recommend the Doctor and his staff, as my experience there was wonderful.

Dr. Hatch and the ladies up front are absolutely amazing. Im a college athlete and have little time at home to get a knee injury checked out, they not only recognized my
short time in Ormond for summer, but they got me an MRI appointment that followed directly after my appointment with them! Then my follow up appointment was scheduled a few days later. All in all, I should have a
plan to fix my knee issues in less than five days! I have never felt so respected and cared for in a doctors office and I am so thankful for their compassion during this unpleasant injury. Thank you Hatch Orthopedics!

Can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Hatch and his staff. Very efficient, helpful, and pleasant. He quickly determined that in addition to my knee injury, I had ruptured a leg muscle and would need surgery as soon as possible. But due to Covid, hospitals were performing few nonemergency procedures. He reached out to other orthopedic surgeons with access to surgical facilities and bingo! Within a week, I met with another orthopedist and was scheduled for surgery the week after that. Thank you so much, Dr. Hatch!

Dr. Hatch is very compassionate and professional. Also, his staff is friendly, attentive and caring. Dr. Hatch sat down with me and listen to my problem. I had excruciating pain (felt like someone was stabbing my knee). After listening to me, Dr. Hatch explained what had to be done. The procedure was painless and he was very gentle. I am very grateful for having Dr. Hatch as my doctor. I highly recommend him.

In the fall of 2017, I ruptured my Achilles tendon on a business trip to Maine. I had reconstructive surgery in Seattle a week later. Wanting to recover at home in Florida, I needed to find an Orthopedic doc that would take on a patient that they had not performed the surgery. I tried several before receiving a positive response from Dr. Hatch. I had 6 follow-up visits with him and it was clear that he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. A much different personality than the individual who performed the surgery. I recently returned to Dr. Hatch's office for care on my other Achilles. Again, he proved to be the best choice. His staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

My husband had pain for months with carpal tunnel. We were referred to Dr Hatch. I can’t begin to tell you how great our experience was from the minute we walked into the office. Kind and efficient office personnel, amazing Doctor using all the new methods. In 30 minutes the surgery was over and he has remained out of pain. No anesthesia, no cutting which meant no pain. Would recommend Dr Hatch without reservation.

Just wonderful! Dr. Hatch and his staff are so professional and caring. I had suffered with the horrendous pain of a trigger finger for 12 months and had been told by my family doctor that my only choice was to have extreme surgery on my hand or just put up with it! Dr. Hatch proved this to be utterly untrue. Just three weeks after what was to me a very simple procedure (but I am certain not to Dr. Hatch!) my hand is totally back to normal - no scars, no pain, just wonderful. He listened very intensively, caring throughout, concerned easy to talk to I mean seldom can u find a physician that is incredibly thoughtful and great bedside manner. The office staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Hatch took the time and explained what was going on with my shoulder. He also treated my husbands knees. He has a very calm and is understanding about your problem. I am glad that we found them!

Based on Dr. Hatch’s and Hilo’s staff’s ratings alone, I drove for an hour and a half to see him. His staff are friendly and accommodating and he is amazing. He is a skilled listener and does not interrupt or jump to conclusions. He solved my hip issue in one visit, where others could not. Go see him!

Dr. Robert Hatch and staff truly do care! I've seen many orthopedic doctors and had many surgeries. This doctor and his staff I personally rate #1 they go above and beyond to take great care of you and they absolutely know what they are doing. I love the professionalism, also Love being made to feel comfortable and just like family at the same time. I highly recommend this doctor.
