I’ve been a patient since 2005 and have always received amazing care. I love the whole team

All was good. It would be nice when the appointment is made, to be informed that Dr Hathy would not be giving the exam. I did not have any problems or concerns with the alternate.

No waiting. Extremely professional staff. Dr. Tirado was very personable and a great representative for Hathy vision. Overall very good experience.

I had a same day appointment for some concerning eye symptoms. They gave me a same day appointment and Dr. Javed gave me a care plan for my issues. Everyone was very caring and friendly.

The optometrist (NOT DR. Hathy) that checked my eyes wasn't professional.
I was about to walk out the door as he kept me waiting at least 30 - 40minutes.after his assistant had already checked me.
He was knowledgable, but I didn't like his mannerisms. I don't remember his name, but a fill in for Dr Hathy.

I've NEVER had any problems with Dr. Hathy in past 20 or so years of going there. Always treated by Dr Hathy in
a timely manner. He is the Best.
